Welcome to our home: Amandine and Florent, winegrowers and beekeepers in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. We are delighted to welcome you on your trip for a quiet night in the middle of our vineyards. You will be able to park in the middle of the rows of vines, alone in the world surrounded by nature! An authentic moment! Beautiful setting with a view of a medieval castle! Pitch, overnight stay and access to dry toilets: free! We work in the vineyards so call or send us a message to let us know of your arrival, so we can welcome you! Sauternes Côté Coeur ! Our historic and century-old estate covers more than 6.5 hectares of AOC Sauternes. Our vines are planted next to the first Grands Crus and the gravelly-sandy soils, which favour the flow of water, bring concentration, finesse and elegance to our wines. The result is wines with fruity and nervous aromas when young, which evolve by acquiring the smoothness, breed and body that are so characteristic of them. Their originality is our signature. A water mill dating from the 16th century, the Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active oil mill in the Vallée du Vern in Neuvic-sur-l'Isle. It was in 1857 that Jacques Elias bought the Veyssière mill. Since then, from generation to generation, we have perpetuated the artisanal production of oil and flour with character: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. A true living heritage, a place of life and sharing, a visit to the Veyssière mill will take you on a journey between history and gastronomy. Free visit and tasting offered.
