It's a really good park up, £6 for 12 hours. lovely views of the mountains and the castle. plenty to do in the area. will stay again, although very busy with vans, 17 in total when we stayed.

Easy walk to town. Nice and quiet - arrived at 5pm to paid £6 for 12 hrs we just paid another £6 when we went to bed took us up till 11am! Great spot right next to the castle and views over the mountains

  • 5/5

Great stopover in car park right by the castle. £6 for 12 hours we stayed o ernight with no issues. Great pubs very close.

  • 4/5

details unchanged from latest reviews but be careful as this spot has the same postcode as the more expensive car park. if you are facing the ocean when you enter then you will be in the £10 per day spot. the entrance for this one turns away from the ocean.

Parked on the main green car park by day then moved here for the permitted 12 hours for £6 by night. A great view to the rear to wake up to in the morning. Then, had a trip and walk at Pennmon point (7.50 tolll) and recommend Newborough beach & forest for a walk. (same car park)

Many people are resting after full day of eating rarebit in this castle themed car park. Which is good to see. You must pay to stay with 12 hour, no longer allowed, for 6 pound. Be warned, busy place but it is very large so plenty of space so you will not smell people close by cooking their leeks in van.

  • 4/5

Price now increased to 6 quid. Council really missing a trick here, you can stay the night or visit the castle but not both under the 12 hour rules (cars are allowed 24). A great way to ensure people don’t spend money at the pubs or hotel in the evening!

Stayed here last night. Arrived at 8pm and paid £5 for 12 hours. Just leaving now to head to Bangor Parkrun! Very quiet overnight, reasonably flat and plenty of bins including recycling. Minutes from nice waterfront walk. Us and three other vans - imagine it gets much busier in the next few weeks but great out of season.

Very quiet spot at end of October. Not perfectly level - pitches at the bottom nearest the Castle are probably the best. Very good stopover.

  • 4/5

Good park up. We used it for the day £5 and then another £5 for the night. quite, level, but 11 vans there the night we were, so probably getting over used.

parcheggio del castello, possibile stare 12 ire, giorno o notte. di sera tardi è passata la polizia e non ha detto nulla. nessun servizio

  • 5/5

Stayed here on 24.07.22 for 5 Pounds without issues. It´s near to the castle, the towns and the beach. When we arrived in the evening it was nearly empty. Just two other campers were here. From 9 AM it was getting full as the castle seems to be well visited.

stayed here on 26/7/22 no issues £5 for the night and what a view to wake up to the castle good carpark lets keep it

  • 5/5

Great place to stay. Stayed a few times over a couple of weeks and got talking to a local. Sadly they have had enough of people urinating in the car park. I've seen it every time I've stayed, and again last night emptying a jug full, disguised behind a dog bowl.

Stayed here on 5/6/22 and had a peaceful night's sleep before moving on to the next location. £5 for 12 hours was really good too. however, the toilets were locked and removed the following morning, not sure why, but it's best to have a contingency plan just in case. Will definitely stay here on my next tour of Anglesey:)

  • 5/5

stayed here for 1 night. £5. along with atleast 7 other campers. right next to the castle. Nice and level, clean and quiet, very little road noise between the hours of 10pm-7am. would definitely stay again. gets very busy in the day with tourists.

  • 5/5

Stayed on this car park 2 nights I paid for 12 hour ticket, in the morning I went on the other car park next to the sea and returned again for another stay at this one. Perfect piece full tidy let’s keep it this way

  • 5/5

Don’t be mistaken and park in the first Carpark you come to. It’s £10 for the day and no overnight for motor homes. This one is just round the corner on the same side as the castle. A few Motorhome parked overnight but clean and tidy. Would recommend for a safe haste free night.

  • 5/5

Great little spot with a fantastic sunset and view of the castle! Short walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants and a nice little walk on the sea front! £5 for 12 hours

  • 5/5

Stayed on this car park for one night with my mum! Absolutely loved it very peaceful after 6ish. Plenty of space. Great view of the castle amd the mountains. Public toilets close by, all shops, bars amd restaurants etc. Five pounds for 12 hours we stayed 24 for that price. No one came to check or tell us to move. Recommend

  • 4/5

Beautiful view of the castle large bus and motor home spaces as well as normal ones. Very quiet even though next to a road. Recycling bins there and cute tea room next to car park.
