let op; je mag hier niet op zondag aankomen of weggaan. wij konden daardoor hier niet blijven (kwamen op zondag aan). weet verder dus niet hoe de camping zelf was.

MaartenCorrie10/06/2023Prima camping vlakbij het stadje. Meteen aan het strand. Even zoeken naar een rechte plek maar de moeite waard. Simpel maar schoon sanitair.
traveler1103/06/2023No sea view, only the back of static vans. £17 + £3 for electric. Shower block clean but very very old, needs a complete re- amp. We didn’t use! No black/grey water, drinking water in middle of field. Lovely pub 5 mins walk along sea front with great food and friendly people - lovely views over the beach. Can park here for free.

We arrived at 6.30 pm with no where to stay in 2 campers. A quick call to the site operator from the phone number on the showerblock quickly sorted a spot. Five minute walk into the village, we ate in the castle inn great food at good prices. Highly recommend
annettes.blickpunkt01/06/2022kostet mittlerweile 17 £ und man kann keine Chemietoilette entsorgen, die Duschen und Toiletten sind mehr als einfach, alt und zudem gibt es wenig Licht - da hilft auch die Beste Aussicht nicht. sind weiter gefahren.

Decent stop over for £15. Really nice owner, very friendly and quiet atmosphere. A few flat areas but the terrain is somewhat uneven for the remainder of plots. Bit disappointing you have to pay (a small fee of 50p) for the showers. We got caught out by that and it was too late to get change, but still a great campsite. Definitely check out the castle hotel, great food and beer!
dodgertaylor27/06/2021Beautiful campsite run by the church on church grounds. Turned up on the off chance and Ethan the site guardian accommodated us for 2 nights. Small site very well kept and £15 per night or £50 for the week with EHU. Toilets and showers and water. No toilet emptying facilities but discreetly can be done. On the beach and stunning Sunset whilst we were here in late June. Recommended

Good little site and cheap - not many level pitches for Motorhomes. Basic facilities but clean. Please note there is NO facility to empty cassette toilet!

Camped on 7/10/2020: lovely small campsite, associated with local church. £10 electrical hook up. Toilets and showers open and clean. Showers cost 50p a pop (only take 50p coins) Very helpful hosts, located on top of hill to the left. Beautiful sunset over Portmahomack. Local pub ‘The Castle’ did a MONSTER meal if you’re hankering for one!
