Good park up which is free for the night on the proviso you buy drinks/food. We ordered breakfast for the next day which cost £8.50 each and was served in the pub from 9 am. Everyone was nice and friendly. We felt safe here. It is quiet but with background noise from road traffic but that settles down later. There is NOT anywhere to hookup or dispose of grey/black waste or fill up with fresh water

stayed in the car park in motorhome last night, great stop over. went in to the bar in the evening for a super meal, very friendly landlord too. peaceful sleep as well. Will be back.

Arrived on a Sunday night, hotel was closed. Ended up calling to speak with Alf who said owner was called away but we could stay overnight. Tried to see if we could have breakfast next morning but again no sign of anyone. Very kind of owner to let us stay, just felt bad we could not repay but eating in the hotel. Would definitely return.

We stayed here Sunday night & had breakfast today. The hotel and carpark is spacious & clean. No facilities any more, as unfortunately a few abused it and spoilt it for the majority. Would definitely stay here again as we were made to feel very welcome.

Fantastic park up. Turned up for the first time this morning, spoke to the owner and he was extremely pleasant and kindly allowed us to stay overnight in our camper van in his car park! Very spacious, even one electric hook up. Didn’t even cost us! Of course, out of respect, we will be having a meal and some drinks later tonight to show our appreciation! Three miles from the south beach and you can get a buss from just outside the pub so you don’t have to drive there and risk there not been an appropriate parking space.

What a brilliant find in a great spot a couple of miles from bridlington. Lovely family who are very accommodating to motorhomes and campervans and will do you a cracking breakfast! great food, great pint! the parking is in the carpark which is set back off the road enough not to be too bothered by cars. would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Very laid back and friendly pub car park stop. Basic Pub grub style meals currently two meals for £15. Breakfast to your van between 08:00 and 09:00 in the morning for £7.50 if you want it. Ask at bar night before. Vans requested to park at far end of car park backed up to wall on right hand side as you drive in to leave parking for the health club.

Just had a one night stopover here. It was lovely. The stopover is free and we ate at the pub. Really enjoyed the reasonably priced food and we were offered a cooked breakfast in the morning but sadly had to decline. The host was friendly and really accommodating. It’s 2 miles outside Bridlington Town centre. Highly recommend, please support them. I hope to go back next week.

Brilliant stay at Ferns Farm, Shane and family are really hospitable, we caught the bus over the road from the pub which runs straight into Bridlington. You need to buy a breakfast or meal to stay in the car park, which is fair enough, Shane kindly delivered our brekkie to the van on Sunday morning which was a well received. Would highly recommend

Fab stay at Ferns Farm. Stay in level car park for free just need to eat in bar either for dinner or a breakfast, either are fantastic. Shane and family are fantastic host, friendly and down to earth and extremely welcoming. Will most certainly be back.
