Ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Schlafplatz mit ausreichend Parkplätzen direkt im Wald. Die Anfahrt ist etwas steil.
Il s’agit du parking d’une association de cyclistes de Revelstoke qui a fait de ce coin de plein air pour cyclistes et marcheurs. Il y a beaucoup de va et vient dans la journée, mais le soir c’est très tranquille. On est assez loin du bruit de la route et malgré l’avertissement qu’on est sur un habitat d’ours, nous n’avons vu aucun durant notre séjour de 5 jours (la nuit et durant la journée dans les sentiers).
This is the parking lot of a Revelstoke cycling association that made this outdoor area for cyclists and walkers. There is a lot of coming and going during the day, but at night it is very quiet. We are quite far from road noise and despite the warning that we are on a bear habitat, we did not see any during our 5 day stay (at night and during the day on the trails).
Dies ist der Parkplatz für einen Revelstoke-Radsportverband, der diesen Außenbereich für Radfahrer und Wanderer geschaffen hat. Tagsüber gibt es viel Kommen und Gehen, aber nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Wir sind ziemlich weit vom Straßenlärm entfernt und trotz der Warnung, dass wir uns in einem Bärenlebensraum befinden, haben wir während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts (nachts und tagsüber auf den Trails) keine gesehen.

rjd198715/08/2021Very quiet but the entrance to the parking lot is bumpy and a bit steep. Stayed there for one night. Didn’t see any bears.
