Lovely campsite, clean facilities, welcoming staff, great shared spaces for fires, cooking etc. Relaxed camping back to basics, sitting around a fire sharing good times.
Super camping! Belle vue, dégagée et très calme. Il y a des douches, des toilettes et un endroit pour faire la vaisselle. Les animaux sont en liberté et les poulets ont l'air de vivre le rêve! Il y a des points de branchement électrique. Le camping fournit (pour quelques-uns) du matériel pour faire des feux de camp.
Great campsite! Nice view, clear and very calm. There are showers, toilets and a place to do the dishes. The animals are on the loose and the chickens look like they are living the dream! There are electrical connection points. The campsite provides (for some) equipment to make campfires.
Toller Campingplatz! Schöne Aussicht, klar und sehr ruhig. Es gibt Duschen, Toiletten und einen Platz zum Abwaschen. Die Tiere sind los und die Hühner sehen aus, als würden sie ihren Traum leben! Es gibt elektrische Anschlusspunkte. Der Campingplatz stellt (für einige) Ausrüstung zur Verfügung, um Lagerfeuer zu machen.
¡Gran camping! Bonita vista, clara y muy tranquila. Hay duchas, baños y un lugar para lavar los platos. ¡Los animales andan sueltos y las gallinas parecen estar viviendo el sueño! Hay puntos de conexión eléctrica. El camping proporciona (para algunos) equipo para hacer fogatas.
Ottimo campeggio! Bella vista, chiara e molto calma. Ci sono docce, servizi igienici e un posto per lavare i piatti. Gli animali sono in libertà e le galline sembrano vivere il sogno! Sono presenti punti di connessione elettrica. Il campeggio fornisce (per alcuni) attrezzature per accendere falò.
Geweldige camping! Mooi uitzicht, duidelijk en zeer rustig. Er zijn douches, toiletten en een plek om de afwas te doen. De dieren lopen los en de kippen zien eruit alsof ze hun droom waarmaken! Er zijn elektrische aansluitpunten. Op de camping is (voor een deel) apparatuur aanwezig om kampvuren te maken.

vanthet409/04/2024Great location out in the middle of no where. Owners were lovely and welcoming. We arrived during the week so very quiet and only one other tent sharing the field. Very quirky, fantastic, unique toilets/changing rooms. Showers very hot when we used on the evening, also though as mentioned before the drain is outside the cubicle so hard to dry feet! Great to have free roaming chickens
badab00m7618/08/2023Camping très sympathique. Les poulets se baladent au milieu des campeurs. Possibilités de faire des feux de camp. Cuisine partagée. Seul bémol, seulement 2 douches pour tout le camping qui est assez grand.

what a fab place to stay. if you are nearby then you won't be disappointed staying here. Great clean and tidy facilities. what I liked was they had an undercover open barn with a gas stove you could cook leaving a donation for the gas. loads of sofas and outside there were plenty of picnic benches to sit at. we will be back.

Einfach traumhaft, sehr herzlicher Empfang, toller Platz auf einer großen Wiese, Toiletten und duschen sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, hier gibt man sich sehr viel Mühe! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, 20 Pfund für 2 Personen im van ohne Strom, 6 Pfund für einen kleinen Sack Feuerholz, leider nur Barzahlung, es gibt viele Plätze mit kleinen Feuerstellen, alles sehr schön gemacht!
sukis17/04/2023Just wow. Fantastic place, realy quiet. Loads of tent camping spots. Great fire pits all doted around and outside kitchen shacks. Showers and toilets were great and amazingly decorated. 100% a must stop here if you can. We will be back at the end of our trip.

A great campsite (£27 / night) hookup, showers, the lot. Great welcome by the owner on arrival, everything on the site is clean and first class, with a qwerty appearance. It’s location, means it’s quite, with open space all round. We have booked in again for another night towards the end of our trip. I think that says a lot about the place. Highly recommended.

We travel frequently to and fro Ireland, and found this little place on Tuesday, very convenient to the ferry. A beautiful campsite. With a big emphasis on nature, the chickens wander free, the many siskins make full use of the 70 nesting boxes and the horses look over the fence. Friendly owner, spotless and unique facilities Can't do it justice in 400 characters but our go to from now on.

Rustige camping met grote plekken. Leuk uitzicht met kippen om je heen. Schoon en netjes sanitair. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. 30 euro voor een nacht met stroom.

One of the best campsites I’ve ever stayed at! Hosts are lovely & the details are amazing & made with so much love! Absolutely recommend & would come back any day! The weather was horrible but thanks to the community areas & cute washrooms, it still felt cozy :))

Lovely chilled out camp site with good amenities. There are picnic tables and fire pits around the camping area. It’s pet friendly but be aware there are chickens roaming free. I had 3 bars of signal on O2 but to be honest the whole ethos of the site is to chill and tune out! The main description states £25, but we were £20 for a camper van plus two adults so I assume the higher fee is for EHU
huntd197022/08/2021Fantastically chilled out and peaceful camp site. Fire pits, families and couples enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Hot showers, yurts and a bothy, all with great views to the Galloway Mountains.
