The intro is all hot air No obstruction preventing free movement of traffic is being caused by parking any vehicle, which is the only way the act could be invoked, in this carpark or anywhere so how being parked at 5pm is different to 9pm is beyond comprehension. This is a parking lot, the Land Reform doesn't apply as you're allowed to park motor propelled vehicles in parking lots, funny that..
This is mostly makey up. It's a public space available for public use. Any restrictions, bye laws and such require notices to be erected, details itemised and penalties explained. Without such have no standing.
Averon Centre sports centre is just at the top of that car park before u drive down on the other side of the road which you can walk over to and has toilets etc if the public toilet is closed. There is a nice big park down there and a nice walk along the river.
stayed here ast night, arrived around 4.30pm, excellent place for dogs and kids,right below a train track but trains are not often last one stopped at 22.13, early morning one was 5.30am but not to loud anyway, small bin on sight. local people were friendly.

Great spot loads of room and easy walk to the pubs and takeaways. Pubs stop food at 7. only 1 train all night at 2215. Nice quiet spot and friendly locals who gave some good advice like make sure your bike is locked away and try Golspie Highland Trails.
Good location. Car park fairly busy during the day but quiet after 8pm. The railway is very close but trains are rare. I heard one in the early morning. Great walks beside the river.
Great spot, despite being in town felt secluded. Nice to be by the river. Public loos at the leisure centre but areas where a discreet toilet need could be met outside opening hours. handy for the pub and shops. able to park in a corner away from street lights.
Large car park plenty of space had a lovely walk along the river never saw any signs saying no parking a few shops nearby public toilets where no longer there so we moved on
