This offcamping place is next to the village that doesn't offer too many possibilities for motorhomes to camp over night. Acces is a bit longer comming from Hoghiz and crossing the railroad and Olt river near Mateiaș and then turning left on a gravel road for 3km. On the other bank of the river is Racoș railroad station and there is a pedestrian cable suspension bridge you can cross to visit the village and the geological site. The place is ideal for canoe tours on Olt. The ground isn't perfect level.
