This is a pull-in. The times I have previously been here on sunny days this bay is usually difficult to get a place. Better in the evenings. However, in November it seems quiet with lots of space. I’ve been here since about 3pm and enjoying dinner with the riverside views

A wide lay-by where cars or small vans could park as if there were bays but larger vans like mine need to be parked parallel to the road to fit. Fine currently as it’s almost empty but wouldn’t recommend on a sunny or summers day. Bonus is that many of the shops inc grocery store are dog friendly!
Good spot for an overnight. Quite quiet considering by side of road. Went to Rose and Crown for a pint - good dog friendly and people friendly pub. Less than 10 mins walk to the Abbey.
Great place, suitable for small vans. Larger vans may struggle to fit. Parked right by the river wye, there is a semi busy road the other side. Good location to get to places like Monmouth where there are great cafes and toilets.
This is a great free parking spot with beautiful views to wake up to and within walking distance from a couple of pubs. We went to the Wild Hare just 5 mins away - which we would recommend. In November there was plenty of space and it was pretty quiet.
