Platz super schön und ruhig. Internet schlecht, wie beschrieben. Im November war die Sanitäranlage und das Restaurant geschlossen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wat prachtige plek. We raden het aan om naar beneden te rijden naar het water. Als dat lukt, de weg daarheen is wel uitdagend. Wij stonden er alleen, we hebben gevist en een vuurtje gestookt. Boven stonden nog 4 andere campers.

Très chouette spot ! Bien identifié… bravo. Nuit au calme complet ça change des autres arrêts au Portugal.

l'endroit est calme surtout la nuit pas de lumière électrique l'accès est très simple les toilettes et douches sont fermées l'ombre pratiquement absente Le restaurant est parfait poubelles de tri les balades c'est l'aventure !!! il faut souvent franchir des clôtures mais la solitude se mérite ...je recommande. la baignade s'impose.

Hele rustige plaats. Geen verkeer. Alleen jammer dat de wc’s nog altijd dicht zijn. De bar/restaurant is ook heel mooi gelegen. Je kan er heel goedkoop eten en drinken. (3€ voor 2 summersby) heel vriendelijke mensen ook!

Heerlijk rustig, ik had 2x 2 buren. Toiletgebouw gesloten. Er zijn wel erg veel mieren, maar als je niet op de grond gaat zitten heb je er hopelijk geen last van. Voor 3G/4G moet je 100m lopen. Je kan in het meer zwemmen. GNR reed langs en zei niks. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Possibilité de descendre le chemin de terre en dessous du restaurant (accessible pour tout type de Van) et de s'y garer (1 place). De cet endroit, accès à une petite plage privée, isolée de tous les autres campeurs. C'était parfait pour la nuit que nous y avons passé !

Very nice spot directly at the water. No noise, no sign that it is for bitten to stay here. Very beautiful nature.

We stayed 2 nights. It is a quiet and safe place and there were always 2-3 vans around. The view over the lake is quiet nice.

Very nice and peaceful place. I drove a little but further to the left and saw a spot under the restaurant. it was perfect for me and my cats! the only thing you hear is the birds.

Super endroit,mais attention l'eau aux toilette n'est pas potable, elle est même chargée, ne pas en mettre dans la réserve gros risque pour les pompes juste bonne pour rincer les cassettes.

Dieser Parkplatz (!] direkt am Stausee ist herrlich ruhig und ein Toilettenhäuschen gibt es auch, Müllentsorgung sowieso. Das Restaurant Mondina mit sehr freundlicher, englischsprachiger Bedienung bietet gute regionale Küche an. Einige blockieren hier allerdings ‚ihren‘ Platz, wenn sie mal wegfahren. Bitte benehmt Euch, liebe Camper, auch auf diesem PARKPLATZ.

Platz gefällt mir gut. Bei Regen gibt es große Pfützen. Wanderwege. Bitte Campingverhalten sein lassen und unbedingt sauber halten; Mülltonnen am Straßenrand! Wochenende, Freitag bis Sonntag, war viel los vor Ort: Party am See, Autos fuhren hin und her, manche grillen! Unter der Woche sehr ruhig. WC und kalte Dusche gegenüber vom Restaurant, das urig ist und regionale Küche anbietet.

Prachtige lokatie aan het meer. Rust! Sterrenhemel! Achter het toiletgebouw aan de dames kant zit een loosput! Het toiletgebouw is schoon, douche alleen koud water!

Beau parking face au lac. Très calme jour et nuit. Pas beaucoup de réseau. Rempli de CC et impossible de faire une balade dans la nature car tout est clôturé. Mais va pour une nuit.

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes ruhiges Plätzchen, außer am Wochenende, wo es innerhalb kürzester Zeit einem Campingplatz ähneln kann :-( .. PlastikTeppich, Markise, Stühle, Tische.. Ganz besonders ekelig: Wenn man nicht sein eigenes WC benutzen mag oder kann, dann bitte, geht doch die paar Meter hoch.. gegenüber des Restaurants ist ein WC ! Ich bin gestern geflohen!

Bei nun vollem See, ein vor allem nachts sehr ruhiger Platz mit schönem Blick und vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten. Das nahe Restaurant bietet sehr gute Alentejo - Küche mit grossen Portionen zu vernünftigen Preisen, nette Betreiber. Und mit Fensterplatz könnte man zudem seinen Wagen unten selbst bewachen...

Wir sind nach 10 Minuten wieder gefahren. Kaum Wasser im See, keine schattigen Plätze und furchtbar viele Mücken, die das draußen sitzen unerträglich gemacht haben. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier jedoch richtig. Waren die einzigen am See und weit und breit war niemand zu sehen.

Simple parking au bord du lac. Accès facile en poids lourd (12T - 10M). Malheureusement le niveau de l’eau est très bas en ce moment. Pour les petit véhicules ou ceux qui n’ont pas froid aux yeux, le spot « peine nature » au dessus est plus accueillant mais il y a une très grosse ornière sur le chemin.

Bon spot, vue sur le lac et la nature nous avons passé la nuit très agréable. Restaurant à proximité avec WC et douche.

Netter Platz, ziemlich ruhig, waren nur 2 Camper als ich da war. Im Restaurant gibt es solides essen zu fairen Preisen, auch vegetarisch wenn man danach fragt. Das sanitärhäuschen war geöffnet und gepflegt. Nicht viel los in der Umgebung, aber für eine Nacht eine gute Wahl

Nice quiet spot. We have an old campervan so the roads to there are a bit too bumpy, just drive slower and look out for bumps. Don’t spill your coffee! ;) haha. It is a water purification plant though. The photos don’t show that in the same lake/ river at this spot there is that plant. I tried to add photos to this but didn’t work :) It’s safe here though! No mosquitoes! Restaurant opens at 12:00pm

Stayed for one night, very quiet and peaceful. Went for a swim in the morning. The restaurant nearby seams ok, only went for a coffee - didn’t check for vegetarian options. Toilets lights were off and in the morning the water wasn’t working, at least in the male side.

Super ruhiger, schöner Platz am See. Etwas weiter oben gibt es ein Häuschen mit Toiletten und warmen Duschen. Mülltonnen direkt am Platz.

Super schöner Platz mitten in der Natur mit Zugang zu einem schönen Wanderweg. Handynetz unten auf dem Platz sehr schlecht, ein paar Meter den Berg hoch oder am See entlang wird es wieder besser. Hier kommen Camper wohl auch regelmässig seit Jahren hin, weil sie den Platz sehr schätzen.

Toller Ort mit Blick auf den See. Es gibt kein Verbotsschild, daher haben wir ein bisschen Wingfoiling gemacht. Hat auch niemand drüber gemeckert :-) See ist dafür gut geeignet

third time we stayed here. really good spot and easy to meet some other campers. warm showers and toilets. even the restaurant is great such a lovely family that's keeping the place clean and open

Heerlijke plek! Mooi uitzicht op het meer en lekker warm kunnen douchen.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Platz am See mit Mülltonnen und Café in der Nähe, letzteres hatte allerdings geschlossen. Der Mobilfunk Empfang ist nahezu gegen null, 2G-3G mit Glück. Wir hatten einen mobilen LTE Router dabei und auch der hatte kein stabiles Netz, zum arbeiten im Van also Grenzwertig.

Schöner, sehr ruhiger Platz am See mit sauberen Toiletten und Duschen mit warmen Wasser (!!!) ein bisschen weiter oben. Dort befindet sich auch ein Restaurant/Café mit gutem Kaffee und phänomenalem hausgemachten Kuchen. Große Empfehlung von unserer Seite !

i guess it been a clean up of this place. restaurang is now open 17. shower and toilet open, even hot shower. water but not drinkable. Right now maybe 5 cc. lots of place.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Duschen, WC, Restaurant geschlossen. Platz strikt nach Kot und Urin und ist an einem Klärwerk.

So far the absolute best spot we've to stay for several nights - if you are looking for a serene landscape. There were about 6-8 vans spread well out, with a view over the lake. Possible to wander the paths around the water. It's super quiet, some motorsport going on on occasion, but not too much. Internet is bad though :(

Relativ ruhiger Parkplatz mit Blick über den Stausee. Die Sanitäranlagen waren im September 2020 verschlossen. Müllbehälter sind direkt am Platz.

O restaurante já abriu. WC's disponíveis, mas infelizmente muito lixo junto ao rio (p as pel higiénico por todo o lado, como se fosse uma casa de banho gigante) Aparte disso, tudo impecável.

Lieu très calme pour passer la nuit. Le GNR est passé vers 21h30 pour une ronde. Les toilettes et les douches étaient fermés à cause du COVID. Jolie vue sur le lac.

Cerrado por el Covid, para bañarse mejor el otro lugar del pueblo de Santa Susana las pendientes son más suaves y puedes llegar con la autocaravana hasta el agua.

Covit hat gewonnen legte alles Lahm . Aber in der Gaststätte gibt es leckeren Kaninchenbraten.

Wegen Covid19 alles geschlossen und auch kein Wasser auffüllen möglich.

Sehr schöner weitläufiger Platz am Staudamm. Oben gibt es bei ein kleines Restaurant und über das Areal einige Plätze verteilt wo überall Wohnmobile stehen. Unten am Wasser kann man direkt auf der Wiese stehen. Sehr ruhige Nacht hier.

Still the lovely peaceful place i remember 10 years ago although much busier then. Unfortunately the selfish practice of putting chairs out to reserve a space still happens. If people want to do that go on a payed campsite you have no right to a space here. Move it you loose it is the rule.

Love this place :) this time we even went to the restaurant (we’re both vegans so we never go out to eat) and they made the loveliest vegan dish for us. The people over there are so sweet the kids speak English very well.

Second time here and the showers still open and hot, toilets clean with paper and soap. There is a water tap in the ladies. Lovely place *rant incoming* aside from the few obnoxious motorhomes who idle their engines, play loud music and generally act like they are the only ones who exist. Let's keep places like this motorhome friendly by being a bit more aware.

Been here twice it’s great!

Flat, dirt area with view over the reservoir. Friendly, cheap, local bar. We had a quiet night with about 5 other vans present. Accessible in an 8m motorhome.

Platz sehr ruhig, leider sah der Stausee etwas traurig aus (Jan. 2020). Restaurant gut fußläufig zu erreichen, Essen war gut, Besitzer sehr freundlich, das Sanitärgebäude haben wir uns nur angesehen, daher keine Beurteilung. Zum Relaxen und für eine ruhige Nacht völlig in Ordnung.

Great for a night, lovely view. Free toilets and shower opposite the restaurant. Shoes needed in shower as floor gets muddy otherwise great - temperature control and proper shower head.

Kostenloses Klo und warme Dusche (Sauberkeit nicht die beste aber okay). Man kann oben am Restaurant stehen (dort sind auch die Klos) oder unten am „See“(der zeitweise kaum Wasser enthält) Ruhig, windgeschützt und sauber. Die weitere Natur/Umgebung ist recht schön aber es gibt beeindruckendere Spots.

Lieu hyper tranquille, il y a un restaurent et des douches chaudes à proximité ( avées tous les matins). Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait du brouillard et nous partions tôt le lendemain. D’après un habitué rencontré le matin l’endroit est super!

Jetzt im September kaum Wasser im See, deshalb hier kein Baden möglich.

Toujours agréable d y passer un moment, le ptit resto Mondini sympa et pas cher. Endroit à protéger et respecter. Le niveau d eau est très bas en ce début Août!

We spent a quiet night here by ourselves with a beautiful starry sky. The toilets and showers are up the road about 100m but didn’t have toilet paper in either, there is also recycling and rubbish here.

Magnifique vue sur la retenue d'eau, wc et douche en haut à côté du restaurant. Point négatif, moustiques le soir et mouches le matin.

Basically a piece of waste land that the motorhomes have decided to park on and it's tolerated. Overlooking the lake it's a very calm, peaceful and tranquil spot where you can enjoy walks, fishing or just sunbathe on the sunbed. There is a restaurant/bar about 100 meters away and opposite this is a toilet block with showers. The downside, midges and flies are in abundance and are very irritable.

Best place we have visited this vacation... free hot shower. Toilet WITH toilet paper! Stars in the sky lake nearby, really good area for a walk. A lot of animals, birds, butterflies, reptiles, we love it! We wanted to stay 1 night but we stayed 2 nights because of the environment!!!

Free hot showers ! amazing to have hot showers and public toilets just up the road from the parking near the restaurant. The toilets were very clean and had toilet paper, hand towels and soap. The restaurant was nice with cheap beer but their internet is not great and there is hardly any service in the area. There’s recycling and bins also and a tap for water. It’s very secluded but with many campers on the weekend. There are some walks round the hillside and the lake by the dam. Stayed 3 nights.

Pasamos una tarde de sol escuchando sólo el silencio. Muy tranquilo. No nos quedamos a pernoctar.

Die heiße Dusche ist top und auch die Toiletten sind gepflegt (inklusive Seife, Klopapier und Handtüchern!). Ein paar Meter weiter, unten am See, übernachten einige Wohnmobile und Vans. Es ist aber auch genug Platz für alle. Die Nacht war ruhig und der Sternenhimmel gigantisch. Es gibt einige Stechmücken (in der Dusche warten sie auf nackte Haut), was an einem See aber recht normal ist. Gestört hat uns der starke Kläranlagen/Güllegeruch am Morgen, den man schwer ignorieren konnte. Deshalb sind wir schnell wieder aufgebrochen. Ansonsten ist es durch die Sanitäranlagen beinahe ein Gratis Campingplatz.

Ce n’est pas une aire de camping-car, c’est juste un parking avec des toilettes à côté du restaurant.

Einfach nur wunderschön ruhig und man hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Der nächste Lidl und Intermarche ist ca. 15 min entfernt. Der See war eine tolle Abkühlung bei über 30 Grad.

Second time I have been here. Really nice lake, now the water was very high but two years ago in august it was really low and I could park down the hill. Free hot shower, perfect after weeks of cold showers!

Great quite stop for motorhome. We had a quite night only frog sounds. Walking trails beside lake but all blocked off. Free hot showers and toilets which were very clean. Drain for black waste but tap is in ladies toilets and no drive over drain for grey waste. There is a sign on the men's toilet door that the water is non potable. We did not fill up as we drink our fresh tank water.

Très bien nous avons passé la nuit au calme et dans l'obscurité celà change des aires et parking en bord de mer avec du bruit et un éclairage comme en plein jour et de plus quelques petites balades à pied

Überhaupt nicht unser Fall!! An der Talsperre herrscht absolute Todesstimmung, das Wasser ist so niedrig, dass zu viele Fische im Restwasser ums überleben kämpfen und die Vögel dort eine Massenveranstaltung am fischbuffet veranstalten! Trotz allem viele Wohnmobile dort! Wir sind jedoch sofort weiter gefahren! November 17

Décevant, le resto était fermé. Les deux places proches des douches-toilettes étaient prises et il n'y avait presque plus d'eau dans le lac..! Le stationnement est 150 m plus bas au bord du lac. Bon point : les toilettes sont propres et l'eau est chaude dans la douche. Nuit très tranquille...! juste une nuit.

Belle vue sur lac, nuit très calme, amateurs de mouche et fourmis vous allez être gâté !

Douches chaudes et sanitaires très propres. Le restaurant à proximité propose des plats bon marchés et copieux (très) servis par un personnel chaleureux. Beaucoup d'emplacements au bord du lac, mais attention : peu d'ombre et beaucoup de mouches en journée. N'hésitez pas à prendre 5 minutes pour ramasser quelques déchets autour de votre emplacement à votre arrivée, votre séjour n'en sera que plus agréable ! (Remarque valable un peu partout au Portugal)

Bel endroit, pour ce qui aime le calme et la verdure. À côté, douche et WC, plutôt bien propre.

Emplacement très sympa et très calme. Services à proximité et restaurant au bord du plan d’eau.

Face à un plan d'eau, l'aire de stationnement est très agréable. J'y suis et j'espère y retourner à mon prochain voyage.

Pour nous, 15 camping-cars sur 200 m2 c'est trop. Mais aucun de l'autre côté du barrage ! Alors la nuit fût une des plus tranquilles du voyage : aucun aboiement nocturne, que les petits oiseaux le matin ! Aucun détritus. Si le gardien du local technique est là, allez le saluer, son lieu de travail est juste impressionnant ! Très impressionnant même ! PS : il aime bien le Pastis du soir ;o)

Great stop in the middle of nowhere but nice view over the reservoir if you can get a spot. Alcacer do sal lovely town to visit nearby and awesome walks. Very quiet and the night sky outstanding ! Note : we are a very large motorhome and we took up most of the road down to it but luckily no motorhomes came the other way !

Nous y avons passé une nuit, endroit très calme, peu de passage, sanitaires très propres comparé à certain camping français et en prime eau chaude. Zone de pêche, nous n'avons pas osé nous baigner...

Super bien. Très calme. Douche chaude avec pression régulière, l'ensemble du coin sanitaire est propre. Petit resto l'accueil est très sympa. Repas plus que correct pour un prix raisonnable. Faire juste attention aux moustiques.

La douche chaude et gratuite c'est le top
