Sehr schöner Platz, die Automaten sind zur Zeit wohl defekt, weswegen man kostenlos dort parken konnte. Beachy Head ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend und eine Wanderung wert.

Geslapen op de parking van het restaurant, wel gevraagd of het mocht. mooi uitzicht op de zonsondergang boven op de kliffen. Winderig!

medvan21/04/2019New looking signs in all the Beachy Head Road lay-bys and car parks - ‘no overnight sleeping’. Billing gap national trust car park still allows vans overnight and is a good spot.

Nous sommes restés dormir le lundi des congés de Pâques. Superbe vue aussi bien sur le parking public que sur le parking du resto (où nous étions 4 camping-caristes), entouré de pâturages avec moutons et bovins. Par contre, pas d'eau disponible au resto. A Eastbourne, probablement, mais n'avons pas vérifié.
fcsplr03/01/2019Le parking étant interdit la nuit on a demandé au restaurant, situé à 50 m, de rester sur leur parking : ok pas de soucis. On y est resté deux jours.

Nous y avons passé la nuit, nous n'avons pas été embêtés, par contre attention, les wc ferment entre 21h30 et 8h30.

Stayed for the night without problems. No more height restriction. Great views great hike upon seven sisters. No overnight parking sign still exists. No overnight parking allowed anywhere on the road. 100m to the side is a restaurant where you might get permission to park if you eat there

"No over night" c'est écrit ! mais personne est venu nous déranger ou dire quoi que ce soit. Quand il y a trop de camping-cars la police doit faire dégager tout le monde. Nous étions 6 camping-cars un dimanche soir de 31 juillet 2017 et il faisait beau. Si, si en Angleterre c'est possible. Évitez peut être les samedis soirs. Il y a des traces de "burn" de motards sur l'asphalte.

The signs do state no overnight parking, but we, along with 8 other motor homes, have just spent the night here no problem. Very windy!

Très bel environnement, avec toilettes publiques, nous y avons passé la nuit pas de sommes demandée. Car interdit d'y penser la nuit... Régine Bastieri ☺☺
