stomlinson17/05/2023As others have said great location and views. Easy walk to Tayvallich. It is a well used spot by locals for dog walking and wild swimming. It is also used by the local bus to turn so more than 2 campervans would create a problem. There are no facilities so feel a bit uneasy about that. No denying though what a lovely place it is.

Idyllischer Platz und absolut ruhig. Mit Blick auf Jura. Bitte haltet ihn sauber und nicht mehr als 1 Camper (mit WC an Bord!) und nur eine Nacht. Dann sind alle zufrieden und der Platz bleibt zur Verfügung. Danke dass wir dort geduldet wurden.

Fell in love with this little place! So lovely. Definitely eat at the Tayvallich Inn, super fresh fish! And the Cafe do great hot chocolates and cake. Incredible sunset views here on good evenings! Keep this gem tidy! Unfortunately arrived to find a bag of dog mess a driver forgot to take home ?

The land is community owned so please keep tidy, use the toilets across from the community hall and don’t dump grey water Please respect the 2 vehicles max as the car park is used as a turning circle for the bus and for day visitors to park. Limit your stay to 2 nights max to allow others to use. Enjoy

Extraordinary place, please keep it clean for all of us but especially the local Carsaig community. Bins and wee shop in Tayvallich on Loch Sween, just a 5 minute walk away.

Lovely views, straight onto the beach and Loch. Pretty busy with people enjoying the water until sunset, and through the day, but a great spot overnight it you manage to get a space. The little shop in Tayvallich had freshly baked, very tasty, bread and there was an art trail on in the houses!

Small road off Tayvallich. Small car park with couple benches and space to have a few tents. Access right onto the beach and small harbour.
