Shazzybee6820/08/2023Use the carpark only, where the honesty box is. NOT the trailer area, as FrenchyleVan did, to which acces is required by HGVs. Tourists are getting a poor reputation when they upset the working locals and this is one of the reasons, not parking properly.

This was a great overnight stop, only 15 minutes from Stornaway. We were the only van here, and parked overlooking a little working harbour. Several fishing boats went out at some point but didn't disturb us - it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a bin but no other facilities. I think it would be a good stopover as you come off the ferry at Stornaway. We arrived at 9pm ish

Nice quiet spot overlooking the harbour and Stornaway. We were the only van there. Only 15 mins to ferry terminal.

Perfect spot for the night overlooking the harbour. Parts of the carpark are level. Bins available. Good 4G.
