Parking au bord de l'eau à Knaresborough. C'est très calme et pittoresque. Nous sommes d'abord allés au parking de votre route, mais celui-ci est plus rural. 1,80 £ pour la journée. Nuit interdite.

Waterside parking at Knaresborough. It's very quiet and scenic. We went to your road parking lot first, but this one is more rural. £1.80 for the day. Night forbidden.

Parken am Wasser in Knaresborough. Es ist sehr ruhig und landschaftlich reizvoll. Wir sind zuerst zu Ihrem Straßenparkplatz gefahren, aber dieser ist ländlicher. £ 1,80 für den Tag. Nacht verboten.

Brilliant spot £1.80 at weekend up to that in week - a bit tight on entering from road but large space to turn at end - definitely no overnight parking up to 6pm good access to river beach at rear to walk your dog

Bollard had been erected a few hundred yards from the car park, was unable to even get to it when coming from the west side.

Unfortunately, the rules here have changed, no longer overnight parking permitted. :(

Yet another short sighted council. Brand new signs just erected banning motor homes specifically from staying overnight. A huge car park 90% empty every night. Jobsworths comes to mind.

Had an excellent stop over here on 19/07/21. Lovely town, castle and riverside walks all worth a visit. NB. Paid and displayed no problem but on speaking to a Parking Warden the following morning he advised against staying overnight as there was an ongoing dispute with the LA and a campsite which meant overnight stops were not permitted?

Peaceful night by the river 15/7/21. Couple of other camper vans there too. £1.20 for 24 hours. Narrow access road. Short but steep walk into the town. No facilities as just a quiet car park. Very convenient.

Large carpark busy during the day. £1.20 for 24hrs weekdays and £1.80 weekends. Warden does patrol so be warned. Bins in the carpark and toilets 200yds down the road which open at 08:30 - 17:00

A fantastic stop, beautiful place, quiet with just the sound of the weir. Make sure you pay for your parking because the warden does patrol and let’s face it, it is cheap as chips. Fab town and easy 10 minute train ride to Harrogate.

Nice quiet location, opposite side of the river from Mother Shipton’s Cave. There is another car park closer to the bridge, but this was quiet.
