Ce parking était initialement destiné au stade GAA et au grand public uniquement, il n'y a pas encore de restrictions de hauteur à l'entrée mais le sera s'il n'y a pas de places de stationnement pour les personnes présentes les jours de match.
Il y a plus de 200 places de stationnement d'environ 6 m de long, parfaites pour le stationnement de nuit et idéales pour une promenade le long de l'ancienne ligne de chemin de fer Cork / Passage West qui est maintenant goudronnée pour la marche ou le vélo.
Un jour normal, il y a beaucoup d'espace, mais si les campeurs se garent sur plusieurs baies, les autres penseront que c'est OK et feront de même, cela créera des problèmes les jours de match ou lorsqu'il y a des concerts dans la Marque.
Veuillez NE PAS donner au conseil municipal une raison pour imposer des restrictions de hauteur et éviter que les nombreux utilisateurs de camping-cars / camping-cars ne perdent cette merveilleuse escale.
Il n'y a pas d'installations ici pour votre camping-car ou Moho mais idéal pour un séjour d'une nuit à proximité
la ville. C'est un joli endroit.
Si vous avez un camping-car plus grand, veuillez vous garer en bas à gauche où votre Moho ne gênera pas la circulation ou les piétons.

This is a new parking area along the marina, PLEASE DO NOT PARK OVER MULTIPLE BAYS !
This carpark was initially intended for the GAA stadium and the general public only, there are no height restrictions on the entrance yet but will be if there is no parking spaces for people attending on match days.
There is over 200 parking bays about 6m long, perfect for overnight parking and great for a walk along the old Cork /Passage West railway line which is now tarmaced for either walking or cycling.
On a normal day there is plenty of space but if campers park over multiple bays then others will think this is OK and do the same, this will create issues on match days or when there is gig's on in the Marque.
Please DO NOT give City Council a reason for puting up height restrictions and prevent the many Camper/Motorhome users losing out on this wonderful stopover.
There is no facilities here for your camper or Moho but ideal for a one night stay near
the city. This is a pretty place.
If you have a larger Motorhome please park down at the bottom lefthand side where your Moho won't be obstructing traffic or pedestrians.

Dieser Parkplatz war ursprünglich nur für das GAA-Stadion und die breite Öffentlichkeit gedacht. Es gibt noch keine Höhenbeschränkungen für den Eingang. Dies wird jedoch der Fall sein, wenn an Spieltagen keine Parkplätze für Besucher vorhanden sind.
Es gibt über 200 etwa 6 m lange Parkbuchten, die sich ideal zum Parken über Nacht eignen und sich hervorragend für einen Spaziergang entlang der alten Eisenbahnlinie Cork/Passage West eignen, die heute zum Wandern oder Radfahren asphaltiert ist.
An einem normalen Tag gibt es jede Menge Platz, aber wenn Camper auf mehreren Stellplätzen parken, denken andere, dass das in Ordnung ist und tun das Gleiche, was an Spieltagen oder bei Konzerten im Marque zu Problemen führen wird.
Bitte geben Sie dem Stadtrat KEINEN Grund für die Einführung von Höhenbeschränkungen und verhindern Sie, dass den vielen Camper-/Wohnmobilnutzern dieser wunderbare Zwischenstopp entgeht.
Es gibt hier keine Einrichtungen für Ihr Wohnmobil oder Moho, aber ideal für einen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht in der Nähe
die Stadt. Das ist ein hübscher Ort.
Wenn Sie ein größeres Wohnmobil haben, parken Sie bitte unten links, wo Ihr Moho weder den Verkehr noch Fußgänger behindert.

Questo parcheggio era inizialmente destinato solo allo stadio GAA e al pubblico in generale, non ci sono ancora limiti di altezza all'ingresso, ma lo sarà se non ci saranno posti auto per i partecipanti nei giorni delle partite.
Ci sono oltre 200 posti auto lunghi circa 6 m, perfetti per il parcheggio notturno e ottimi per una passeggiata lungo la vecchia linea ferroviaria Cork / Passage West, che ora è asfaltata per camminare o andare in bicicletta.
In una giornata normale c'è molto spazio, ma se i campeggiatori parcheggiano su più baie, gli altri penseranno che va bene e faranno lo stesso, questo creerà problemi nei giorni delle partite o quando ci sono concerti nel Marque.
Si prega di NON fornire al Comune un motivo per imporre limiti di altezza e impedire ai numerosi utenti di camper / camper di perdere questa meravigliosa sosta.
Non ci sono strutture qui per il tuo camper o Moho, ma l'ideale per un soggiorno di una notte vicino
la città. Questo è un bel posto.
Se hai un camper più grande, parcheggia in fondo a sinistra dove il tuo Moho non ostruirà il traffico o i pedoni.

Dit is een nieuw parkeerterrein langs de jachthaven, PARKEER NIET OVER MEERDERE BAYS!
Dit parkeerterrein was in eerste instantie alleen bedoeld voor het GAA-stadion en het grote publiek, er zijn nog geen hoogtebeperkingen voor de ingang, maar als er geen parkeerplaatsen zijn voor bezoekers op wedstrijddagen.
Er zijn meer dan 200 parkeervakken van ongeveer 6 meter lang, perfect om 's nachts te parkeren en ideaal voor een wandeling langs de oude spoorlijn Cork/Passage West, die nu geasfalteerd is om te wandelen of te fietsen.
Op een normale dag is er voldoende ruimte, maar als kampeerders over meerdere plaatsen parkeren, zullen anderen denken dat dit OK is en hetzelfde doen, dit zal problemen veroorzaken op wedstrijddagen of wanneer er optredens zijn in de Marque.
Geef de gemeente alstublieft GEEN reden om hoogtebeperkingen op te leggen en voorkom dat de vele camper-/campergebruikers deze prachtige tussenstop mislopen.

Great park up close to Cork. Plenty of space backed onto the river. Surprisingly really calm and quiet considering the location, and a Saturday night. Appears to be a bit of a haven for campers, so really important that we keep everything clean and tidy !
Super Parkplatz. Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und haben sowohl die Kirmes nebenan besucht, als auch Cork City. Bis in die Stadt sind es 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf dem Parkplatz stehen viele Camper, man fühlt sich sicher. Sogar eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss.
Nous sommes resté là une nuit, nous avons été visité Cork en vélo et c’était top. Très grand parking le long de la rivière. Très calme malgré les attractions sur la plaine à côté. On recommande.
Spot calme, accès facile même avec un grand cc (8m). Peu de passages, quelques joggeurs et une poubelle à disposition. Probablement l’un des meilleurs arrêts pour la nuit de notre road trip.

Super spot ! Beaucoup de places en dur bien délimitées juste devant la rivière Lee près de la Marina. À environ une demi heure du centre ville à pied et beaucoup moins évidemment en vélo avec des pistes cyclables jusque dans Cork.

Brilliant spot. Arrived late, loads of spaces. Far enough out of town not to have people wandering/gathering about. A few vans and MoHos here, so gives a sense of safety in numbers.
A level park up perfect for visiting the city with views of the river.Marina market is nearby for food or there good cycle routes into the city. Busy during the day but quiet at night.
Der Autor hat voll und ganz Recht: Schützt diesen toll gelegenen Platz! Heute Nacht standen 21 Wohnmobile (!) hier, teilweise über zwei Plätze, einer sieht aus als stehe er schon länger hier! Langzeitcamper. Bisher ist es sehr sauber, das MUSS so bleiben! Nehmt euren (und anderen?) Müll mit, macht die Wiese nicht zur Toilette! Heute Morgen fuhr ein Auto vom Cork City Council vorbei.
Buen sitio para pasar una noche. Si eres un vehículo grande como es mi caso (8m) sobresale mucho. Se puede poner en la parte contraria al rio que hay mala hierba detrás y eso hace que se pueda sacar el culo de la auto por encima. Por el resto, perfecto. Caminado muy recomendable el marina center y en 15’ estás en el centro.

Mooie ruime parkeerplaats aan het water. Wij hebben hier alleen overdag geparkeerd, geschikt voor hoge campers. Nadeel is dat het lastig is om in het centrum te komen, het is een flinke wandeling en er komt geen openbaar vervoer.
pour une nuit et deux jours de visite sur Cork c'est suffisant, l'emplacement est "calme" avec un bruit de fond de la route de l'autre côté du fleuve. il y a des vélos à louer à côté dans le Marina market et on peut y manger également (fast food).

Très bel emplacement. Nous y avons passé la nuit. Plutôt calme même si on entend les voitures sur l’autre rive. Bien respecter les emplacements car il y a des promeneurs ou joggers qui viennent en voiture le matin et le parking est vite plein. Enfin, nous sommes venus un jour de grande pluie, les routes pour y venir sont vites inondées mais cela passe en fourgon.

Parking plat et agréable mais les places sont peu profondes donc les camping cars de plus de 6m dépassent. Nous avons tout de même pu nous mettre complètement au fond pour ne pas géner. 40 min à pied du centre de Cork.

Very quiet, alongside the river walk. 3.5 km to the center of Cork, and 3.0km the other way to the castle in Ocean direction. Wonderful setup by the city - please respect their rules to protect this place and maintain it for well-educated campers.

Der Platz ist wirklich toll. Er wird von Joggern und Hundehaltern als Startpunkt genutzt. Die Polizei war heute kurz da und hat nach dem rechten geschaut. Leider kann man nicht direkt am Fluss in die Stadt gehen man muss einen Umweg durch ein Industriegebiet nehmen dauert etwa 30 min. Man hat ein gutes Gefühl hier.
Most 7 metre motorhomes should be able to park here as you can overhang onto the pavement behind the parking spaces. Very pretty outlook with trees for shelter. We felt very safe here. It even has benches on the river
Der Stellplatz ist genial. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig. Es gibt viel Platz und man steht gerade. Es ist schattig. Kein Menschenkot in den Büschen. Mit dem UBER ist man für 8 Euro im Zentrum. Per pedes dauert es ungefähr 20 Minuten.
Mooie plek om te overnachten. In het weekend een gezellige drukte met alle lokalen die er komen om te wandelen/hardlopen/fietsen etc. Op 1 km is de leuke marina market. Centrum op 2,8km. Wij zijn 1 dag gaan fietsen en andere dag bij Karina Market geparkeerd. Vakken zijn uitdagend met camper van 7 meter en fietsen drager. Achterin kan je iets meer uitsteken zodat mensen er weinig hinder van hebben
Stayed last night. Great location for the Marquee and only 20mins walk to the city centre. It has lovely views of the river and nice to sit out and watch the boats go by. Note: on match days the access road may be closed. If you ask the Garda/Police they will allow access (which happened us).

Ein wirklich wunderbare Platz! Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Besuch im stylischen Marina Market ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert (5 Gehminuten entfernt.) In den Sommermonaten finden in der nahegelegenen Openair Location („Marquee“) Konzerte statt.
Parking spatieux, il y'a de la place pour tout type de véhicule et il y'a du monde en van et camping car qui passe la nuit ici, c'est assez safe ! Proche de la ville et de tout commerce.
Was top! Rustig geslapen; wel alles onder de schijt van de vogels hier :|. We zijn naar stadje gelopen en naar food market. Heel leuk en gezellig! Perfecte veilige plek. Wij touren met een hond en dat gaat super! :)
Voor een nacht ok en vrij rustig. Veel wandelaars maar je kan perfect naar de stad wandelen. Rond 2.5 km tot de stad. Ideaal om de beentjes te strekken. En het is geschikt voor alle campers , zelfs die van 3 m hoog .

Lots of space, no height restriction so unsure on last reviewer comment. Lots of other campervans, dog walkers etc, nice atmosphere. Nice walk into town and yes the Marina Food Market is great. We just didn't stay overnight as theres no toilet nearby (that we could see?) but that may not matter to some.

Stayed on a Saturday night in early May. Very convenient for visiting the adjacent stadium to watch the hurling, Cork versus Tipp, 36000 crowd, awesome, €20 a ticket. 35 min walk along back roads into Cork. Several vans stayed there, tons of locals walking and running, walking tour group passed by, rowers practicing Sunday morning, felt very safe and quiet.

Free, safe and level space for overnight stays. No facilities at all though. About a 30min walk to town, make sure to stop off at the marina market food hall en route!

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Irland war dieser bis jetzt mein Lieblingsparkplatz. Es haben von Anfang an auch andere Camper hier übernachtet und so hat man sich schnell wohl gefühlt und brauchte keine Bedenken zu haben.
Feels fairly safe, 3 other vans here all of us parked near each otherish. Lots of traffic all night into the car park- people playing hurling, dog walkers and just cars coming in and out…. Gardi drove in and back out again- not bothered about us. After midnight was pretty quiet. Very well lit & plenty of space. No height restrictions. Would stay again… thanks for the tip :)
Nice flat spot to park up for the night. Lots of other campers around and activity with dog walkers, joggers early morning and evening. Felt safe. No facilities.
Stayed here Thursday night 6th October. Nice setting but a bit away from any shops or town. Very peaceful nights sleep. 2 other vans here. No services.
Parking gratuit, beaucoup de place et des grandes. Peu de gens en août. Un peu loin du centre mais à côté de la balade green way. Endroit calme mais il peu y avoir du monde le soir car il y a la marina. Pas de service et pas de limite de hauteur
Parfait pour Cork en fourgon. The place to be ! On a posé le fourgon puis vélos pour la ville. La nationale est un peu bruyante mais bon. Passage à niveau proche avec des bips fréquents.
Parkplätze sind genau 6m lang, man kann etwas auf den Radweg „überhängen“. Sehr breite Parklücken unter Bäumen. Sehr ruhige Nacht gehabt.
18/08/2022 La única pega es que está lejos del centro. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo.
Buen sitio, amplio y espacioso para dormir. Sin servicios. Lejos para ir al centro andando 45 minutos, y mal comunicado por autobús. En cambio es bueno para ir en bicicleta es llano y se llega en 15 minutos por un carril bus.

Super Platz, um die Nacht zu verbringen. Es ist sehr ruhig und bis in die Stadt geht es auch zu Fuss prima. Marina Market in etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt können wir empfehlen.
A lot of place for small to medium sized campers. Agree with the other comments. Add: On walking distance (1 km) on the way in/out of the CP there is the Marina Market which is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 PM. The Marina Market is like a busy and Lively foodtruck festival in a big industrial hall. A large variety of foods, but no alcohol is served. Kid and dog friendly invironment.
Great spot. Lovely location. Quiet at night but gets quite busy during the day as it's on the Greenway. Great for walking or cycling along. Signal 4G on 3. Is quite a walk from the main city but not a problem if you enjoy walking. Nice to walk along the river towards the Blackrock castle.
Great spot. no facilities but room for loads of campervans and such a short distance on foot to the city and all it offers. Shandon Boat Club on Google maps gets you there. I can't work coordinates sorry. Enjoy
Very convenient for a visit in Cork and very quiet. The parking is only open for access in one end so no through trafic.
I struggled to find it… eventually got here.. try typing in centre park road, it runs right up to the rivers edge…then hang a left to the car park..many spaces.. my van is 7m, and isn’t hanging over the road?
Besser kann man in einer Stadt nicht kostenlos stehen. Direkt am Fluss. Kein Service aber wozu auch. 10 min mit dem Rad in die Stadt zum laufen würde ich es nicht empfehlen da die ganze Zeit an der Straße.

Great spot, amazing it is free. Next to sailing club. Fills up if there is an event at the nearby Marquee concert/entertainment venue. No facilities at all, lit up at night. Nearby Marina Market is good for food and has toilets (about 1.2km).
I agree with other comments. Lovely spot in city for overnight stay. It felt safe. There is a busy road on the opposite side of the river and it's a bit noisy. It's like a white noise machine on highvolume but not too invasive.

There are no entrance locals only signs, you should ignore them as they are just put up by local residents and marine businesses, they hold no right of way. After a walk to the marina car park we realised we could drive in no problem. Excellent safe and quite overnight spot friendly locals and no trouble makers, walkable to cork, about as close free parking as you can get even if not staying.

Nice green parkings between the trees with the river Lee in front. Flat. Very quiet when there is no concert at the Marquee, so check their schedule if you don’t like loud music. :) Another minus - very far from town, 45 min on foot.

Great sized spots, close to local marina market, no other facilities. A couple of other campers and ample space. On greenway for waking dogs but not easy /quick access to town, unless on a bike as greenway stops here. Being used as a drag race zone until about 11:30 on a Sunday night.

Très bon emplacement. Nous y avons laissé le van (6m) et nous sommes allés en ville en vélo (moins de 10min). Par contre la ville n'est pas particulièrement adaptées pour une visite en vélo. (peu de pistes cyclables). Nuit relativement calme pour un vendredi soir. Attention le parking est parfois utilisé pour des compétitions d'aviron le samedi.

Very handy for an overnight, spaces are quite long and there are even some spots if your vehicle is very long. Only 5 min walk to the Marina Market too that las lots of food and coffee options.
