Superb free stopover for a night. Was quite loud and can get busy with lorries so try and keep to the sides. It was ideal!
Aire de repos balisée sur une station-service. Isolé et bloqué de la route par de gros camions. Un peu de bruit de la route mais pas mal.
Rest area tagged onto a petrol station accessible from Northbound Carriageway. Secluded and blocked from the road by large lorries. A little noise from the road but not bad.
Rastplatz an einer Tankstelle markiert. Abgeschieden und von großen Lastwagen von der Straße abgesperrt. Ein wenig Lärm von der Straße, aber nicht schlimm.
Zona de descanso señalizada en gasolinera. Aislado y bloqueado de la carretera por grandes camiones. Un poco de ruido de la carretera, pero no está mal.

aurorathecampervan15/02/2024Good stop over and it’s free. Stayed one night whilst heading to the Cairngorms. Little bit of noise from trucks but nothing major.

stayed 1 night, great place for overnight stop when travelling North, only petrol station facilities but very safe and not too noisy

OK for a night but lorries do leave early norning e.g. 04:30 and can be noisey if they need to check their loads.

PatricethePeugeot19/09/2021One of the few free places you can stop on the motorway in this area. All the other motorway service stations will charge you for when you go over 2 hours so it’s nice to get a free one. Yes it’s a bit noisy but it does have 24 hour toilets and petrol station / shop
