J'ai eu du mal à trouver un endroit local dans cette région. Je suis autosuffisant, donc je n'ai besoin d'aucune installation et c'était une excellente étape. très calme avec quelques marcheurs tout au long de la journée car Kingley Vale est très proche. Pendant la journée, il y a aussi une camionnette mobile pour le café et les boissons et c'est un gars sympathique. Il n'offre pas de charges, attendez-vous à un parking gratuit et à un séjour calme sans restriction de hauteur (parfait pour beaucoup d'entre nous)
I struggled to find somewhere local in this area. I am self sufficient so don't need any facilities and this was a great stop. very quiet with a few walkers throughout the day as Kingley Vale is very close by. During the day their is also a mobile coffee/drinks van and he's a friendly chap.
It doesn't offer loads expect free parking and a quiet stay with no height restrictions (perfect for many of us)
Ich hatte Mühe, in dieser Gegend einen Ort vor Ort zu finden. Ich bin autark, brauche also keine Einrichtungen und dies war ein großartiger Zwischenstopp. sehr ruhig mit ein paar Wanderern den ganzen Tag über, da Kingley Vale ganz in der Nähe ist. Tagsüber steht auch ein mobiler Kaffee-/Getränkewagen und er ist ein freundlicher Kerl. Es bietet nicht viel, erwarten Sie kostenlose Parkplätze und einen ruhigen Aufenthalt ohne Höhenbeschränkungen (perfekt für viele von uns).
Me costó mucho encontrar un lugar local en esta área. Soy autosuficiente, así que no necesito ninguna instalación y fue un gran paso. muy tranquilo con algunos caminantes durante todo el día ya que Kingley Vale está muy cerca. Durante el día también hay una camioneta móvil para café y bebidas y es un tipo amigable. Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare un posto locale in questa zona. Sono autosufficiente quindi non ho bisogno di alcuna installazione ed è stato un grande passo. molto tranquillo con pochi camminatori durante il giorno poiché Kingley Vale è molto vicino. Durante il giorno c'è anche un furgone mobile per caffè e bevande ed è un ragazzo amichevole. Non offre costi, aspettati un parcheggio gratuito e un soggiorno tranquillo senza limiti di altezza (perfetto per molti di noi)
Ik vond het moeilijk om een lokale plek in dit gebied te vinden. Ik ben zelfvoorzienend, dus ik heb geen installatie nodig en het was een geweldige stap. erg rustig met een paar wandelaars gedurende de dag, aangezien Kingley Vale heel dichtbij is. Aparcamiento libre, zona muy bonita, mucho movimiento por la noche, coches y gente rara. De día aparcamiento muy frecuentado. En el suelo de piedras finas, había marcas de neumáticos que habían estado derrapando y haciendo círculos a gran velocidad. Ningún servicio.
Quiet and peaceful but a little eery and no signal so not so good for solo folk. But this area isn’t abundant in options! The walk into Kingley Vale is legendary - so much so that from around 7am the car park becomes a hive of activity so don’t expect a lie in!
nice place, quiet and sheltered, but not signal with 3, which is not a big news.
Turned up about 10pm. A group of late night walkers came back to their cars (not sure why they were there so late? Had dogs and torches etc). 5 mins later the police turned up with their blue lights flashing. Went to the only other van there first. I drove off quickly before they came to me!!
