Schöner Campingplatz mit freier Platzwahl und einfacher Ausstattung. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr einfach. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist mit einer Küche ausgestattet.
Camping très sympathique et calme près du mur d'Hadrien. Bonnes installations - toilettes et douches propres, aire de lavage et coin salon. Terrains de camping séparés.

Sehr freundlicher, ruhiger Campingplatz in der Nähe des Hadrianswalls. Gute Ausstattung - saubere Toiletten und Duschen, Abwaschbereich und Loungebereich. Separate Campingplätze.
Camping muy acogedor y tranquilo cerca del Muro de Adriano. Buenas instalaciones: baños y duchas limpios, área de lavado y sala de estar. Campings separados.

MartineAlzin03/07/2023Netter Betreiber. Wir konnten uns den Platz aussuchen, da sonst nur noch ein Gast anwesend war. Wir standen direkt neben dem Hof. Das Feld ist weit weg vom Sanitär. Auf dem Hof gibt es ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche. Aber nicht ganz sauber. Geduscht habe ich mit 3 Spinnen, die sich während dem Duschen auf mich runterliessen. Kein Strom auf dem Platz verfügbar.
ErenLan24/06/2023Daar waar in het weekend veel andere campings vol zaten was hier nog plek. Wat heet, we waren de enige campervan en konden de mooiste plek uitkiezen. Wij vonden het voor 2 nachten een uitstekend begin van onze vakantie. Schoon en midden in natuur. Malcolm is aardig rn behulpzaam.

belle vue sur la colline. petit camping avec sanitaires t propres . pas d'électricité mais accueil chaleureux. 25e pour van et 2 personnes. A recommander.
carwin02/06/2023Ein super schöner kleiner Platz. Der Besitzer ist super nett. wir standen auf einer Weide direkt neben Kühen und Schafen. wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind halten wir hier sicherlich erneut.

Nice little site. Was offered a couple of spots to park up and chose a little grasses off area which was not soft and had views across the field. Ladies showers are fantastic - warm, large and clean (see photo). The men’s were equally clean and warm although a bit more rustic and more compact. No electric and I don’t think any CDP/grey waste disposal so effectively paying £25 for a shower and park

Le site peut recevoir plusieurs vans, mais sans branchement. L'accès est direct sur la plus haute partie du Mur d'Hadrien. Le musée qui fait aussi boutique, café et auberge de jeunesse est assez proche aussi. Sanitaires correctes dans les locaux de l'ancienne ferme. Propriétaire accueillant et arrangeant.
HarrisonFordNugget03/08/2022Owner is very friendly and helpful. Price was £30 for 1 night, might be a bit high. No black of grey water disposal. Fresh water available though (local source water, tastes great). Good showers and a reception-room where you could meet up and charge phone. Unfortunately for us it was very windy thát day, but the owner helped us pick a spot that was best for the windy night (poptop campervan).

Very well situated for site seeing Hadrian's wall. Just a 10 minute walk from the campsite to the wall. Clean toilets and showers. There is communual kitchen as well. Very friendly owner.

Best camping spot ! Malcolm was so relaxed yet helpful . Views are unreal - open space and fresh air . The site has a warm and clean shower and wash area . A simple site near a great pub and fabulous walks . Cheap as chips too !
