Bel endroit pour se garer sur le loch, de jour comme de nuit. J'ai parlé au propriétaire du Roundhouse Cafe lorsque vous entrez dans le loch et il a dit qu'il était bon de se garer n'importe où pendant la nuit tant que ce n'était pas dans un lieu de passage. Très calme et paisible. Aussi un endroit pour voir des balbuzards nicheurs, ce qui était incroyable! Quelques voitures de passage donc soyez prudent sur les routes. Un vrai bijou donc nous avons fait très attention à ne laisser aucune trace ♻️
Beautiful spot to park on the loch, day and night. Spoke to the owner of the Roundhouse Cafe as you enter the loch and he said it is fine to park anywhere overnight as long as it isn’t in a passing place. Very quiet and peaceful. Also a spot to see nesting osprey which was unbelievable! A few cars passing through so take care on the roads. A true gem so we were very careful to leave no trace ♻️
Schöner Ort zum Parken am Loch, Tag und Nacht. Als Sie den See betraten, sprach er mit dem Besitzer des Roundhouse Cafe und er sagte, es sei in Ordnung, über Nacht überall zu parken, solange es nicht an einem vorbeifahrenden Ort ist. Sehr ruhig und friedlich. Auch ein Ort, um nistende Fischadler zu sehen, was unglaublich war! Ein paar Autos fahren durch, also seien Sie vorsichtig auf den Straßen. Ein wahres Juwel, also haben wir sehr darauf geachtet, keine Spuren zu hinterlassen ♻️

rubbish everywhere! and no camping signs up as a result. I was loosing light so camped at the very end of the loch, great spot. I cleared up 3 full bags of rubbish, there were two other sites with similar rubbish and signs of fires. shame a small few spoil it for the rest of us. maybe someone could clear up the other sites..?
Wow what a stunning Loch - how lucky to be able to camp - amazing, however was shocked by the amount of camp fire remains as many as 10 in the same little spot - burnt ground and there is a huge sign saying no fires but we saw people still with fires - also shocked to see human sxxt! And used Loo roll- disgusting - especially near Loch Doon Castle - clean up after yourself the disrespectful minority or you will spoil it for the rest who are respectful! We live in a National park Forest England in N Yorks and no way would you be allowed to camp or light fires . The Roundhouse cafe amazing food friendly and welcoming
