À côté de marché Municipal et le Café du marché. Pas possible sur les jours de marché (mercredi et samedi de 4h à 15h. Il y a des toilettes publiques ouvert de 8h à 20h et l'eau peut-être être disponible à l'intérieur du marché. Cadre agréable à côté de la rivière avec un accès facile à la ville historique. Approche du parking du pont de la route principale.

There are public toilets open from 08:00-20:00 and water may be available inside the market.
Lovely setting aside the Tâmega river with very easy access to the historic center and traditional shops.
Do not let your GPS try to take you via the old bridge (see above and photo) as the turn into the parking is nearly impossible even for 5m van!
Das Parken über Nacht in einer Zuflucht bleibt toleriert. Neben dem städtischen Markt und dem Marktcafé. An Markttagen (Mittwoch und Samstag von 4 bis 15 Uhr) nicht möglich. Es gibt öffentliche Toiletten, die von 8 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet sind, und Wasser ist möglicherweise auf dem Markt verfügbar. Angenehme Lage am Fluss mit einfachem Zugang zur historischen Stadt der Parkplatz von der Hauptstraßenbrücke.

Er zijn openbare toiletten die open zijn van 8:00 tot 20:00 uur en er is mogelijk water op de markt. Mooie omgeving naast de rivier met gemakkelijke toegang tot de historische stad.
Benader de parkeerplaats vanaf de hoofdbrug. Laat uw GPS u niet proberen om u via de oude brug te brengen, want de afslag naar de parkeerplaats is bijna onmogelijk, zelfs voor onze 5 meter lange bus!

Beautiful spot, Fine for really small vans but more than 5 meters long and it’s difficult to make the turn halfway up and then the polished surface of the stones at the top of the slope causes the tyres to slip and spin . Great struggle to get out. the one by the river, near the swimming pool, is beautiful and peaceful
Indeed nice spot, unfortunately for me no option to park with the back of my car towards the river for a view from within. I had a hard time with finding the spot via the cordinats, because its hidden behind the mercado, and one way entering it. So, it makes it super calm and quiet :) unfortunately lots of plastic below next to the river...:(
Lovely spot at the very end by the steps Great views across the river. But didn’t read the sign’s properly!! And because a market on Saturday which starts setting up at 4 am !! We got moved on. Weekday parking should be fine. Nice town lots of history. Found an amazing restaurant BEST FOOD WE HAVE EATEN SO FAR IN PORTUGAL!! Casa Heradio just opposite and up from the main Church - which is very beautiful. Enjoy the food if you visit the owner is lovely too.

Hay playa fluvial a pocos metros caminando, refrescante baño y descanso bajo los árboles. Útil los grifos de agua del mercado, el WC. A pocos metros del convento y puente peatonal, la playa fluvial, y justo aquí hay también circuito de Termas! Pasamos 2 noches, eran sus fiestas, con verbena, con feria... y aquí silencio, solo se oyen muy fuerte las ranas del río. Llévate tapones de oído.
Nous y avons passé la nuit du jeudi 05/05/2022. Spot parfait, au bord de l’eau, calme la nuit. Point d’eau dans le marché pour remplir les bidons. Toilettes ouvertes jusqu’à au moins 20h30 et nettoyées tous les jours
Vanmiddag rond 16.00u aangekomen en het stond al helemaal vol met personenauto's ook de bar was gesloten. Wij zijn aan de overkant van de brug gaan staan.
Cuidado caravanas largas. En la salida del parking en el cambio de rasante. Se toca atrás.
A noite dos sábados hai botellón, xente a gritos, non durmes en toda a noite. a estrada do lado ten bastante tráfico ainda que pareza que non. Moito ruido en xeral.
Druk bezochte locatie ivm bar met terras en wandelpad lang's de rivier. Niet te adviseren als verblijfplaats maar om hier enkele uren te parkeren, terrasje te doen en even te wandelen langs de rivier is prima.
Super spot as it’s walking distance to the city! We parked just after the bridge, single spot (was Friday evening, market next day!) and if you keep goin you have the other car park! Safe, next to the river! We did 2 nights there, quiet on Friday night and in general but Saturday night you could hear the club across the river!!! It’s limit acceptable! Better staying weekdays!

Interdit nuit du mardi et mercredi jour de marché. wc propres. En peu de bruit de circulation la nuit.
Emplacement très pratique hors jour de marché et fête locale, fête super, grosse ambiance mais nous avons été dégagé à 4h du matin ! Mais on ne regrette pas notre soirée !
Nosotros estuvimos en invierno, no pudimos quedarnos, porque era la noche del viernes al sábado y no se puede aparcar porque hay mercadillo, pero hay otro aparcamiento muy cerca a este siguiendo el rio, que está mucho mejor y más tranquilo, justo al lado de la piscina
En temporada de verano, está muy lleno de vehículos. Hay que llegar por la noche para encontrar un sitio.
