A surprisingly beautiful car park, with excellent views and visiting sheep. Toilet was available all night, but only because the door was propped open. Quiet and floodlit. Good spot if you have an early ferry to catch.
Aire de stationnement pour le ferry calmac de Barra à uists ... étonnamment agréable pour un port de ferry. Belles vues. Super café avec toilettes et salle d'attente chaleureuse ouverte même lorsque le magasin est fermé. Bacs disponibles. Quelques petites balades aux alentours. Je passerais la nuit ici

Parkplatz für die Calmac-Fähre von Barra nach Uists ... überraschend schön für einen Fährhafen. Schöne Aussichten. Tolles Café mit Toiletten und warmem Wartebereich, der auch bei geschlossenem Geschäft geöffnet ist. Mülleimer vorhanden. Ein paar kleine Spaziergänge herum. Würde hier übernachten

mrriff23/01/2023Spent the night end of January because of ferry cancellation due to severe weather. Waiting area remained open so had access to toilets and also a plug socket (2x13a and 2xusb). Area is floodlit at night. It’s exposed to the elements (which i like).
hansin3306/07/2022Local police confirmed this place is gd for free parking. It's really nice place to park. Toilets & bins here too. Excellent coffee & baked goods. Lovely little walks around. Can be quite windy at edges of car park. Picnic tables here too.
