Just about flat, (very slightly sloped) and nice place to park out of season next to the beach. It can be a bit windy though as it's directly on to the beach. Bear in mind that almost everything is closed in off season, except the minimarkets.

peaceful night after a visit from a car that parked behind us with engine running for 10 minutes, strange as it was gone midnight. great to wake up to the sunshine and beach. bins around the corner. did a quick litter pickbefore we departed.
Quiet night right next to the beach. Limited parking spaces used by lifeguards and local workers. Out of session was ok . Lovely big beach. Cycle or walking route into central beach and main town.
A beautiful place with direkt entrance to beach and view of the Black Sea and sunrise. But in the surroundings are just kids friendly hotels. We have heard three different child disco’s at the same time. Very annoying.
Stayed 5 nights without any questions or problems. This area is used by locals and employees of the adjoining resorts. Possibility of using toilets in the containers just 50mt north on promenade just past beach bar. Outside showers there also. Lounger and Umbrella attendants do try to be intimidating but pay no attention. This is public parking.
Außerhalb der Saison für ein oder zwei Nächte sehr zu empfehlen, uns hat es gefallen.
miejsce spalone, tylko dla samochodow osobowych i tylko 5miejsc parkingowych. przyjechała laweta i wszyskich co stali obok zatoczek odwozili. przy nasz RO, SK, CZ. auta zabrali. shock niesamowity. nie wolno autami kempingowymi stac na parkingu.. a takie fajne miejsce. Rozmawialismy z polakami tak skorumpowanego kraju chyba nigdzie nie ma.
Very romantic place, especially off season. Big empty sandy beach. 1.5km to Obzor center.
Great parking right on a lovely beach and it's only a short drive from the main road. Lovely beach for a walk. There are large green bins just on the corner of the car park right by the first block of flats. Great sunrise and sunsets.
Very nice spot if you want to park directly on the beach and to enjoy the sunrise above the black sea, but only during off season! Only problem is the Toilet situation. All of them were closed during our stay. So if you are a Camper without WC it might be a little difficult due to all the closed hotels around and almost no hidden spots. Furthermore we couldn't find any open WiFi...
We spent a quiet night here, there were couple cars with beach walkers during the day and nobody at night. All hotels around are closed, so this beach parking is great for Off season only!
