Stayed for one Saturday night. Very quiet, clean, picturesque, great facilities and a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Definitely going back!

danhardie926/02/2024Superb campsite with spacious excellent pitches, services and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Shop and cafe on site. Great dog exercise field. Lovely rural location, stayed for 3 nights, with loads of walks, 2 village’s nearby with great pubs. Will be going back!

Super camping, très accueillant, au calme et très bien équipé. Eau, électricité, prise tv et WiFi sur chaque emplacement, douche et wc avec chauffage au sol, espace buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche linge, petite boutique. 27£ par nuit en janvier. Idéal.

ShaneBayliss21/02/2023Great hosts, very hospitable and knowledgeable about the local area. Pricing was reasonable. Toilets and shower facilities were clean and in great condition. No 4G signal, however that's not a fault of the owners. They do provide WIFI but isn't the best, but that's rural life for you. We managed to get a delivery via JustEat to the site as we weren't up for the walk to the pub. Would visit again

Absolutely lovely site. Great spacious pitches, cleanest site we’ve been to in a long time. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably cheap. Only thing that let it down for us, nearest pub is a 30min road walk. However in the summer, we would be more then happy to sit by the van and enjoy a cold beverage and enjoy the views.

Best shower/toilet facilities we’ve seen on a camp site. So clean and warm (which was much appreciated in December) Owners were so friendly and helpful too with suggestions for walks. Only stayed one night for our last night of a 2 night trip but will definitely return for longer next time.
Gmcadventure28/10/2022Nice,clean,family friendly campsite.Enjoy the stay;we stayed two nights.Two playgrounds,lots of space,clean facilities, goats in neighbiurhood :-) Coffee maxhine saved my early morning.There is a microwave free to use and shop with everything what you need.Friendly staff.So apart the weather you really do not need anything more.Recommend.

Très agréable, le staff est adorable et l'endroit superbe. Pour les petits vans vous irez peut-être sur les emplacements tentes qui sont en pente avec peu d'espace plats. Petits-déjeuners et repas proposés ainsi que diverses boissons et un micro ondes. Aires pour les enfants et les chiens, 3 chèvres dans un enclos. je recommande! (12£ la nuit pour un van et une personne)

Stayed here end of January '22 in caravan, I'll keep it simple.... SMASHING! Good bus service (Bakewell / Buxton) with easy walk to bus stop for us oldies, or lots of walking / cycling for those with more energy! Our acid test for any site we visit is "would we return?" Simply YES
