Nice place with mix of sun and Shaddow, very friendly staff, clean shower and toilets, free washing machine but not so close to the city center (it's alright by metro but an adventure by bike) and next to the railway lines which run all night long

Great place really close to Budapest. Toilets and showers are really clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are many shops some bars and a gas station nearby. The camping itself is pretty big so has a lot pf parking spaces :)

Would definitely stay here again! Lovely staff, with loads of tips on what to do and see in Budapest. Takes around 30 mins to get into the centre and so easy to get to morning and night. The campsite itself has all the facilities you’d need! Free washing machine, showers, toilets (all very clean), lovely grassy area with shaded areas to park up and electricity and water points. €24 for the night (8000 forint). 100% would recommend!

Si nous avions pu mettre 6 étoiles nous l'aurions fait. L'accueil était parfait, très sympathique et de bon conseil. Le camping en lui-même est extrêmement propre (sanitaires impeccable) Tous les services nécessaires . Localisation est idéale, proche de tous les transports. On rejoins le centre ville rapidement. Malgré l'emplacement en ville le camping reste très calme. Nous recommandons à 100%

A lovely campsite on the outskirts of Budapest. Clean and modern utilities all included. Surrounded by pretty lighting in the evening. Grass and some gravel pitches and plenty of trees. Feels safe and secure. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A special mention for “Viktoria”who ordered our taxis daily for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s very friendly and helpful and she speaks perfect English. A great stay !

Heerlijk rustig op de trein na. Ideaal om de stad te bezoeken. Wel met openbaar vervoer, lopen is te ver. Zeer vriendelijke staf en zeer behulpzaam. Schoon toilet en douches

Great location to visit Budapest, transport links give easy access to centre. Tickets can be bought from the machine at the bus stop. Aldi, Spar and garage close by. All facilities are included in the price, with unlimited use of washing machine at this time and no limits on 16amp electric point. Fitness park as well. Friendly, helpful staff.

Camping ok par sa proximité à Budapest. Sanitaires très propres. Points négatifs : des réveils dès 7h30 le matin par les ouvriers qui travaillent sous vos fenêtres ; un passage de trains qui peut en gêner certains ; vidange en plein milieu de l'entrée ; pas de séparation eaux grises/noires. Le terrain est grand mais l'été cela doit être l'enfer, les uns sur les autres.

Really helpful team at Arena Camping. Good facilities, upfront pricing. Free laundry was great for us traveling with two kids under 10. We were there in the fall (late October) so quieter campsite than I would expect would be in the height of the season. Easy access to central Budapest. We would go back.

Sehr netter Camping mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. "nur" viert Sterne, da Flugzeuge und Bahn leider doch relativ nahe und etwas laut. aber so ist das halt in einer Stadt... ;-)

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, welches auch gut deutsch spricht. Wir wurden sofort mit Stadtplan usw versorgt. Gute Lage mit guter Stadtanbindung (ca. 30min), der Bus fährt direkt neben dem Camping ab, die Metro liegt in ca 15min Fußweg. 24h Ticket für Bus und Bahn/Metro kostet 5,50€. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben für eine Nacht mit Auto 16,50€ gezahlt. Nur das WLAN sollte man ausbauen, guter Empfang an der Rezeption.

Good camping, with large camping plots, flat. Electricity on the plots. Loading and unloading (grey and black water) area in the middle of entrance of the camping (very bad option). Good showers, but need some improvements. Near supermarket 700m, it's easy to buy tickets in the bus stop, good and simple connection with metro, 20/ 30 min to go to the Parliament. Safe. I recommend!

2 nachten hier gestaan. Prima camping, zijn volop aan het uitbreiden maar daardoor zijn 4 douches veel te weinig voor aantal mensen. Wij kwamen hier om o.a de was te doen, maar dat is niet gelukt. 1 wasmachine, die continue bezet was. Zelfs 1 keer om 6 uur opgestaan, maar ik was alweer te laat, de wasmachine was alweer bezet. Uit wanhoop maar naar de wasserette in Budapest gegaan.

Perfecte!!! La noia de recepció parlaba una mica de castella i ens va explicar molt amablement el que visitar i com arribar amb el bus i el metro. Els lavabos sempre molt nets, tots els serveis inclosos, la rentadora es gratuita. Pasa el tren i avions per alli mateix, pero a naltres no ens va molestar.

Pour 10500HUF par nuit en camping-car, 2 adultes et 3 enfants, tout compris. Beaucoup de places avec un accès électrique à chaque emplacement. Très sécurisé. Des sanitaires, des cuisines en plein air avec barbecues libres d'accès, une air de jeu, le tout très bien entretenu et très propre. La réception est ouverte de 7h à 23h. Le personnel accueillant, souriant et prévenant vous donne les informations dignes d'une office du tourisme en plusieurs langues. L'accès à la ville est très simple. Ils peuvent même vous vendre des billets pour de nombreuses attractions touristiques. Seul bémol, le train et les avions qui font un peu de bruit mais nous avons très bien dormi. Sinon, c'est vraiment idéal.

Càmping descuidat. Els wc són molt escasos i senzills. La recepcionista parla castellà, és molt amable, i et dóna tot tipus d'informació per visitar la ciutat. No es pot pagar amb targeta, però sí amb euros. A la recepció et venen les entrades pels balnearis, és recomanable comprar-les per estalviar-te les cues.Hi ha una parada de bus a 5 minuts, que t'apropa al metro.

Accueil super chaleureux, les réceptionnistes du camping sont très à l' écoute et donne des conseils précieux ! Les sanitaires sont propres et fonctionnels ! Accès facile au centre de Budapest, bus à moins de 5 min , puis métro pour qques stations et on est au cœur de la ville !

Super gelegener Platz mit gutem Anschluss an den Nahverkehr. Einkaufen ganz in der Nähe. Je nachdem wo man steht, bis zum Abend recht laut durch Bahn und Flugzeug.Nachts ruhig.Von unserem Ende des Platzes weiter Weg zur Dusche. Neue Toilettenanlage immer sauber. Nur Barzahlung.

25 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal, man erhält gute Infos über die Stadt. Saubere sanitäre Einrichtungen. Nicht der schönste Campingplatz, aber er erfüllt seinen Zweck.

A well run site with very good facilities. But... when we visited there was no hot water for the first 2 days and queues for (cold) showers. This did get fixed so I am guessing a technical problem. They appear to have grown very quickly and added extra pitches but not facilities to match. Out of season or next year when facilities are added this site will be perfect - 5 or 6 stars all the way.

Super accueil de 7 à 23h. L’équipe toujours souriante n’est pas avare de conseils. Sanitaires un peu à l’étroit mais propres, nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour (constaté). Emplacement à l’ombre (j’étais a vélo sous tente). Un peu loin de la ville mais possibilité de transport en commun ou taxi facile et pas cher. Boissons a l’accueil. Vraiment une adresse que je recommande après 5 jours en deux fois sur un mois.

Très facile et rapide pour aller au centre de Budapest en bus puis métro depuis le camping. Personnel disponible et très sympathique. Camping bruyant à cause du passage des trains. Machine à laver le linge gratuite mais il y en a qu'une seule pour tout le camping. Le camping est bien entretenu.

Die Kommentare mit einem Stern verstehe ich nicht. Man macht hier keinen Urlaub in der Natur, es ist ein Stadtcampingplatz. Und dafür ist er sehr gut. Die Strassenbahn in die City hält direkt vor dem Platz. Die Betreiber sind sehr zuvorkommend.

Super camping, rien à dire, accueil super en français et dans beaucoup de langues. Lors de l’entrée ils nous donnent plan de la ville plus tous les conseilles pratiques pour visiter la ville. 19€ / nuit 1 personne un fourgon avec Electricité et wifi.

Anreise an einem Sonntag um 17Uhr. Man bekam freundlich einen Platz zugewiesen. Der Platz ist sehr sauber. Die Sanitärblocks sind sauber, Kűchengeräte vorhanden. Platz liegt super zentral. 5Min zur Bahn oder Bushaltestelle. 5Min bis zu einem Sparmarkt. Platz befindet sich neben einer Gütertrasse und in der Einflugschneise zum Airport. Trotzdem war es hier super!

Wir haben auf der Rückreise von unserer Karpaten offroad Tour hier übernachtet. Nach 1 Woche Einsamkeit hat uns die Millionenstadt und die Geräuschkulisse (Flugzeuge und Güterverkehr) am Campingplatz etwas erschlagen. Dafür : SEHR saubere Toiletten, WARMES Wasser, SUPER netter Betreiber. Gerne wieder

Parque muito grande, com muito espaço. Casas de banho muito limpas e grandes. Máquina de lavar gratuita. Wi-Fi só dá numa parte do parque. Muito ruído com os comboios e aviões. Rececionista muito simpática. Transportes para a cidade a 200mt.

Für eine Stadt schön gelegener Campingplatz. Schon ein Massentourismus, muss man mögen. Nachts einiges an Lärm wegen direkt angrenzenden Güterzuggleisen und tagsüber Flugzeuge. Super Sanitäranlagen (viele und sauber!) und sehr freundliches Personal. Mit knappe €25 stolzer Preis, dürften am Folgetag aber lange bleiben. Wifi am Stellplatz nicht vorhanden.

Después de visitar otros campings como el Ave Natura y el que está al lado, y no habiendo otras opciones que merezcan la pena, fuimos al camping Arena. Bien situado aunque esté a unos 8 km del centro. Merece la pena. Parcelas totalmente planas con hierba verde. Muy limpio. Zonas sin árboles para poder ver la tv con el Hispasat. Nosotros llevamos moto y bicis eléctricas. En este caso bajamos la moto. Son 8 km. al centro. Aparcamos muy cerca de la Basílica de S. Esteban. Si no, tienes autobús cerca. El cambio de aguas muy limpio. En Mayo 2019, 24,50€ noche incluida electricidad. La única pega, que comentan algunos usuarios, el ruido de aviones y tren cercano. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas y dormimos como troncos.

Very nice place to stay in Budapest. Incredibly clean, cca 30 minutes from city centre. Beautiful showers and toilets. The showers and toilets are heated, so you can really enjoy. Very strongly recommended. Price for 4 ppl and an rv 11k ft.

We arrived late in the evening, exhausted of all day driving and we were so delighted in receiving a pleasant welcome at the reception. The staff is very kind and helpful and the camp is well equipped. Clean facilities with always warm water, maybe a bit small, if the camp would be full. Beautiful place, near to the city center and the public transport is nearby. Great stay for visiting Budapest.

Bien situé et bons services. Pour le reste, les photos sont trompeuses et le bruit difficilement supportable (trains toute la nuit, trains de marchandises donc une longue minute de bruit, avions, sirènes de police et ambulances...). Et on est vraiment les uns sur les autres...

Très bon camping. Un havre de verdure proche de l’hyper. Super personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Sanitaires propres et spacieux (mais pas de table de change pour utiliser les douches avec un bébé). Prix un peu élevé et trains passant juste à côté (cela nous a gêné la première nuit mais pas sur les 3 autres). Je recommande

The campsite is beautiful, even off-season, with all amenities included in price - empty tank, washing machine, electricity hook-up. Facilities extremely clean .We felt very happy and safe!

Très bien pour visiter Budapest. Nous y étions en janvier pour une semaine et avons été satisfait de l'accueil. L'infrastructure et la propreté des sanitaires. Très proche du camping, le restaurant de l'université ou nous avons pris les petit déjeuner pour une somme très raisonnable 5 € pour 2. On peut également y prendre des repas, bien sûr, c'est simple mais très appréciable.

Large campsite, easy access (via the second rear gate) for larger motorhomes. No height restrictions. Mostly grass but there are some gravel standings. Incredibly helpful staff. WiFi (included in price) works fine. Easy enough to walk to shopping centre/supermarket.

It’s very noisy especially at night due to the freight trains and airplanes. You can’t connect to the wifi even if you’re as close to the reception as you can possibly get. Having said that, it is clean and well maintained. Handy for visiting the city. The staff are very helpful. The washing machine is free to use but there’s no tumble drier.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce chouette camping où nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Accueil très chaleureux avec toutes les informations nécessaires sur Budapest. Nous n'avions rien lu sur Budapest. Nous étions un peu venu au hasard. Et rien qu'avec les infos de la réceptionniste nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la ville durant trois jours complets. Sanitaires propres (nettoyés régulièrement). Machine à laver à utilisation gratuite. Transports en commun à côté du camping pour se rendre en 30 mn dans le centre ville. Personnel du camping chaleureux et serviable. 92 € pour 4 nuits avec électricité. Seuls bémols étant le wifi défaillant, le passage du train et des avions à proximité du camping et poubelles pour recyclage inexistantes. Bref, endroit à conseiller vivement

Perfect for seeing Budapest. Good facilities, good transport links. Friendly reception. Shops nearby. WiFi didn’t work well but this is minor problem. For ‘city’ camp fairly reasonable at 7000 HUF (€21.50 inc electric). Would recommend.

Très bon accueil et beaucoup d'aide (anglais et allemand) pour la visite de Budapest. Sanitaires chauffés et douches WC agréables et efficaces. Restaurant universitaire à 5 mn pour tous les repas (5€ le repas complet), magasins à 10 mn. Le bruit des trains est vite oublié. Bus pour métro à côté et sommes à 15/20 mn du centre en métro.

Accueil sympathique mais pas du tout de français et la demoiselle nous a dit beaucoup de chose sans essayer de se mettre à notre niveau. Aucun Français dans le camping quand nous y étions ce qui n’est pas étonnant. Sinon sanitaires corrects, tarif ACSI, 17 € avec électricité.

Nicely situated with a 20 min bus metroride to the center. Drawbacks are few showers for the number of campers plus a lot of noise from lowflying aircrafts and the railway just by the campsite - earplugs recommended!

Great camping spot! Staff very informative and helpful, clean facilities, even supply a washing machine for free use. You can catch the bus into the city center from right next to the campground, otherwise walk 20 mins to the metro which also takes you straight to town. Very easy

Cherchant désespérément un endroit pour pouvoir faire les vidanges des eaux grises et noires de mon camping-car ainsi que le plein d'eau, je suis arrivé dans ce camping après en avoir essayé 4 autres qui étaient fermés au mois de février. Le monsieur de l'accueil était très sympathique, parlait anglais et m'a accompagné sur l'aire de vidange qui est facile d'accès. Au moment de repartir lorsque je lui ai demandé combien je lui devais il m'a annoncé que c'était offert. cela mérite bien une petite pub car ce genre de comportement se fait rare.

Accueil très agréable, bus à proximité. Peu de sanitaires, des douches pour le nombre de campeurs (mais très propres). Les emplacements au fond sont collés à la voie ferrée : bouchons d'oreilles bienvenus.

Ein schőner Campingplatz mit freundlichem Personal. Der Campingplatrz ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe an der Haupstraüe in die Innenstadt gelegen. Es sind nur etwa 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und das Personal hat mir geholfen das richtige Ticket fúr den Nahverkehr auszuwáhlen. Super nett.

Pratique pour visiter Budapest. Beaucoup de monde, pas d'emplacement délimité ce qui engendre un peu de bazar car certains se positionnent n'importe comment. Sanitaire propre mais il y a peu d'espace par rapport au nombre de personnes dans le camping. Accueil agréable avec toutes les explications nécessaire. Camping de capitale très bien. 22€ à 2 avec un van

Best information from recepcion girls. Complete info about citi traffic tickets, historical monuments and others importants. Butt!!! Number of showers and washbasins insufficient. 4 showers and 3wasbasins for several hundred people is catastrophic! Waitng, waitng, wating and go to camper to take a shower there. :(

Bien situé pour visiter la ville: bus plus métro environ 20 Minutes. L'accueil est très sympathique, ils nous donnent de la doc des plans pour visiter le centre-ville et il y a également la possibilité d'acheter des entrées pour les bains ce qui est très pratique pour éviter les filles d'attente.

Pratique car bus pour rejoindre le métro qui amène directement au centre ville. Accueil très sympathique. Le côté négatif : bruits des avions, des trains et fréquentes sirènes de police. Permet toutefois une nuit correcte. 8000 ft/27 € la nuit tous services compris

Ein schöner, gepflegter Campingplatz am Stadtrand. Bester Service - deutschsprechend. Herrlich einfache Verbindung zum Stadtcentrum über Bus und Metro. Tolle Informationen über alle Möglichkeiten, die Stadt von seiner besten Seite kennen zu lernen. Nur am Abend und am MOrgen ab 05.00 Uhr stört ein wenig der Flugverkehr und die Eisenbahn - ABER DIE NACHT IST SEHR RUHIG und angenehm. Super Platz:

L'accueil est sympathique certes, l'environnement plutôt agréable mais le bruit est important à cause de la voie ferrée qui longe le camping et les avions qui le survolent.

Muy recomendable el camping, fácil de encontrar, muy barato 17 euros/24h con todo incluìdo, incluso lavadora e internet. Hay muchos árboles y todo muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y brinda mucha información ùtil sobre Budapest. Muy recomendable.

It' a great camping, with good location. Only 25-30 minutes by public transport to get to the city center and in the neighborhood are several supermarkets. I think it's a great place for all generations.

Facilement accessible en transport en commun du centre ville, ce charmant camping vous offre la solution d'hébergement la plus économique de la ville. Accueil vraiment sympa (toutes les infos utiles vous seront données par la charmante hotesse), sanitaires impeccable... Bref, je recommande. Ordinateur à disposition pour ceux qui (comme moi) ne seraient pas équipés. Machine à laver (gratuite !) également à disposition.

Un super camping très bien desservi par les transports en communs. Sanitaires très propres, Free wifi, électricité comprise dans le prix. Le staff est très gentil et donne de bonnes recommandation sur Budapest. Il y a également une cantine universitaire juste à côté où on peut aller manger pour pas cher.

Camping très agréable. Sanitaires neufs très propres, douches avec eau chaude à volonté gratuite. Lave-linge avec accès gratuit. Espace vaisselle avec frigo congélateur à disposition. Commerces très proches.

Accueil très sympathique avec beaucoup d'explications pour visiter Budapest. Assez beau camping avec ombre et terrain herbeux. Très pratique pour visiter la ville (bus puis métro) possibilité de payer en euro. Mais inconvénient : les avions passent juste au-dessus du camping-car, aéroport proche et en plus une ligne de chemin de fer longe le camping. Un peu plus calme la nuit. Prix ACSI 17 € + 2 € de taxe pour un camping-car 2 personnes et électricité.
