Great location, long winding country lane through the woods to get there, but on arrival I saw signs saying you’re not aloud to camp/tent/camper van, so I ended up finding somewhere else.
Grand parking au bout d'une ruelle étroite. Suivez le ruisseau pour une vue imprenable sur le réservoir. Belle aire de pique-nique aussi. Les panneaux indiquent qu'il n'y a pas de camping. Attention, la voie devient très étroite mais il y a des passages. Nous l'avons fait dans un transit LWB Jumbo. Un bel endroit pour dîner et profiter des sons de la forêt et de la rivière. Beaucoup de belles randonnées à proximité aussi.
Large car park at the end of a narrow lane. Follow the creek for great views of the reservoir. Nice picnic area too. Signs indicate that there is no camping. Be careful, the track becomes very narrow but there are passages. We did it in an LWB Jumbo transit. A beautiful place to dine and enjoy the sounds of the forest and the river. Lots of great hikes nearby too.
Großer Parkplatz am Ende einer schmalen Gasse. Folgen Sie dem Bach, um einen herrlichen Blick auf den Stausee zu genießen. Schöner Picknickplatz auch. Schilder weisen darauf hin, dass es keinen Campingplatz gibt. Achtung, der Weg wird sehr eng, aber es gibt Passagen. Wir haben es in einem LWB Jumbo Transit gemacht. Ein schöner Ort, um zu speisen und die Geräusche des Waldes und des Flusses zu genießen. Viele tolle Wanderungen in der Nähe.
Amplio aparcamiento al final de una calle estrecha. Siga el arroyo para disfrutar de excelentes vistas del embalse. Bonita zona de picnic también. Los carteles indican que no hay camping. Ojo, la pista se vuelve muy estrecha pero hay pasajes. Lo hicimos en un tránsito LWB Jumbo. Un hermoso lugar para cenar y disfrutar de los sonidos del bosque y el río. Un montón de grandes caminatas cerca también.
Ampio parcheggio alla fine di una stradina. Segui il torrente per una splendida vista sul bacino. Bella anche l'area picnic. I segni indicano che non c'è campeggio. Attenzione, la pista diventa molto stretta ma ci sono dei passaggi. L'abbiamo fatto in un transito LWB Jumbo. Un bel posto per cenare e godersi i suoni della foresta e del fiume. Anche molte fantastiche escursioni nelle vicinanze.
Grote parkeerplaats aan het einde van een smal straatje. Volg de kreek voor een prachtig uitzicht op het stuwmeer. Leuke picknickplaats ook. Borden geven aan dat er geen camping is. Wees voorzichtig, het pad wordt erg smal maar er zijn passages. We deden het in een LWB Jumbo-transit. Een prachtige plek om te dineren en te genieten van de geluiden van het bos en de rivier. Veel geweldige wandelingen in de buurt ook.

FennTravels03/04/2022We stayed here on two occasions. Usually a couple of locals here despite the signs which are largely there to stop people pitching tents in the picnic area. Very peaceful and relatively level. Great views on the walk up to the reservoir. The lane is a bit narrow at times but there are passing places.
