Beautiful little spot. Very quiet night, great for Carp fishing. Excellent location for Calais run.
Endroit idyllique sur le lac de pêche. Quelques pêcheurs en semaine sinon très calme. Le week-end, il y a plus de pêcheurs mais toujours une atmosphère détendue.
Idyllic spot on the fishing lake. A few anglers during the week otherwise very quiet. At weekends there are more anglers but still a relaxed atmosphere.
Idyllischer Spot am Angelsee. Unter der Woche ein paar Angler ansonsten sehr ruhig. Am Wochenende sind mehr Angler aber trotzdem entspannte Atmosphäre.
Ubicación idílica en el lago de pesca. Unos pocos pescadores durante la semana por lo demás muy tranquilo. Los fines de semana hay más pescadores pero sigue habiendo un ambiente relajado.

AntoniaSteiger14/08/2023Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, diese war sehr angenehm. Abends waren ein paar Jugendliche gegenüber vom See, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Nachts ist ein Auto vorbei gefahren und früh ein paar Angler und Fußgänger, war aber kein Problem. Würden wir jedem Empfehlen der für 1-3 Nächte etwas sucht, wenn die Plätze voll sind, gibt es etwas weiter vorne einen Parkplatz, der aber ebenfalls abgelegen ist.
SandrineBec09/07/2023Endroit idéal, à l'écart de la ville mais pas trop loin donc accessible à pied. Riche faune pour nous occuper la soirée. /!\ aux moustiques ils sont voraces à la tombée du jour. Nous étions 4 véhicules cette nuit.

cdup05/05/2023super, il faut suivre les panneaux "les étangs" à destination des cyclistes puis prendre un des chemins qui vont vers l'étang. on est accueilli par les glèbes et les poules d'eau

Très beau lieu, couché de soleil sur l'étang, belle faune, pas de pêcheur ni d e promeneur pour nous. Seul bémol: les chasseurs qui s'en donnent à cœur joie à 23h30 et à 4h du matin puis la matinée... Assez loins heureusement. Et canards très bavards même la nuit

quite tight and bumpy road but lovely and quiet once you're there. wouldn't recommend for big mohos. I went past the first main parking and past 2 other spots that were busy and found a third down the road, not sure how many more there is.

Meant to stop at the car park spot but it was shut. Drove down a couple hundred metres to a spot that opened up on the water. Lots of people fishing but they weren’t disturbed by us. No facilities around but there is a bin nearby. Beautiful sunset other side of the lake/pond and a few bugs at dusk. No bugs at night when we went to bed. Lovely to watch the bats at night. You can hear the road but barely as it was overtaken by the sound of birds, frogs and water. Stopped here as a stop off back to Calais, will definitely come back.
