We had a great night. There is a gendarmerie checkpoint. very safe and peaceful. There is water and WC.
Aire de pique-nique avec de nombreux stationnements directement sur la route du lac de Van, illuminée la nuit. Il y a des zones ombragées, des toilettes et des aires de jeux pour les enfants. Également des aires de barbecue et des poubelles. Endroit très propre, seule la rue peut être entendue - mais pas de problème pour nous, nous avons passé une nuit tranquille.
Picnic area with plenty of parking directly on the road to Lake Van, illuminated at night. There are shaded areas, toilets and playgrounds for children. Also barbecue areas and rubbish bins. Place very clean only the street can be heard - but no problem for us, had a quiet night.
Picknick-Platz mit viel Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße zum Van-See, Nachts beleuchtet. Es gibt Schattenplätze, Toiletten und Spielplätze für Kinder. Außerdem Grillplätze und Mülleimer. Platz sehr sauber nur die Straße ist zu hören - für uns aber kein Problem, hatten eine ruhige Nacht.
Área de picnic con mucho espacio de estacionamiento directamente en el camino hacia el lago Van, iluminada por la noche. Hay zonas de sombra, aseos y zonas de juegos para niños. También quinchos y basureros. Lugar muy limpio, solo se escucha la calle, pero no hubo problema para nosotros, tuvimos una noche tranquila.
Area pic-nic con ampio parcheggio direttamente sulla strada per il Lago di Van, illuminata di notte. Ci sono zone d'ombra, servizi igienici e aree giochi per i bambini. Anche aree barbecue e bidoni della spazzatura. Posto molto pulito, si sente solo la strada - ma nessun problema per noi, abbiamo trascorso una notte tranquilla.
Picknickplaats met voldoende parkeergelegenheid direct aan de weg naar het Vanmeer, 's avonds verlicht. Er zijn schaduwrijke plekken, toiletten en speelplekken voor kinderen. Ook barbecueplaatsen en vuilnisbakken. Zeer schone plaats, alleen de straat is te horen - maar geen probleem voor ons, we hadden een rustige nacht.

indievannajones01/10/2023Not many places along these roads so it had to do for 1 night. The military is friendly and showed us where to park. As usual a lot of litter despite so many trash bins. It was busy with families until night but then quiet. Also the road is quiet over night.
sedge4827/05/2023Great little park enroute to Lake Van. Ignore google route as you can cross straight over the road to it. Busy with families when we were there having teas and food and again early in morning with breakfasts. Great little park for children and picnic areas. Can hear road noise but quietens down.
grenmilie11/05/2023aire de pic nic qui manque d'entretien mais qui est très accessible (pas besoin de faire le grand détour recommandé par Google maps en venant de Diyarbakir) très proche de la route mais quelques places en retrait, le bruit n'est pas trop gênant (on a une tente de toit). Environnement assez sauvage et jolie vue. les jeux d'enfants sont en bon état.
JoachimCotaru02/04/2023Wir haben eine Nacht hier gut gestanden, der Verkehr lässt abends spürbar nach. Der Picknickplatz ist leider etwas herunter gekommen, aber es hat Toiletten, Wasser, Tische und Feierplätze. Militär hat einen Checkpoint an der Strasse, Soldaten waren freundlich.

Nous avons préféré la grande esplanade en face de l'autre côté de la route en en surplomb d'une petite rivière. C'était moins éclairé. Mais il y a le bruit de la circulation.
