Stationnement occasionnel en zone urbaine ZONE TRÈS VERTE, arbres, pelouse, ...... piste cyclable. Quartier d'habitations jumelées très tranquille et SÉCURITAIRE. Grand parking et très vide de véhicules. Juste derrière se trouve une très grande épicerie (ouverte du lundi au samedi de 9h00 à 21h30). Il y a une fontaine dans la zone herbeuse, vous pouvez prendre de l'eau. Vous avez une piste cyclable devant vous qui relie toute la municipalité, très amusante ... itinéraire à vélo ou en scooter, RECOMMANDATION: Visitez les maisons du verger (Calle Orihuela) ....... la ville est petite, environ 11 000 habitants. Vous avez la station de métro au bout de l'avenue. Vous descendez les escaliers et passez sous le pont pour accéder où vous achetez des billets. Très proche de la sortie d'autoroute... mettre en GPS : Av Sanchis Guarner, derrière la piscine municipale couverte. Vous pouvez entrer dans le GPS : - Av Sanchís Guarner 28 (juste derrière la piscine intérieure) C'est un beau quartier d'une ville tranquille. En été, vous pouvez emmener la table et les chaises sur la pelouse pour le DÎNER (les habitants de la région le font généralement, la police locale le permet). Ville très très propre et très sûre. LIEUX POUR MANGER / DÎNER: -Peanflo (Plaza Mayor) -La Seu (centre sportif Picanya, nourriture uniquement). -La Manivelle (Avenida l'Horta). *En été, je recommande de prendre une horchata (une boisson fraîche typique de Valence, c'est une toute petite horchateria, juste un bar à servir) Elle est située sur la Plaza del País Valenciano, près du Peanflo. **OUVERT UNIQUEMENT EN MAI- JUIN - JUILLET - AOÛT -SEPTEMBRE

Casual parking in urban area VERY GREEN AREA, trees, lawn, ...... bike lane. Very quiet and SAFE semi-detached housing area. Large parking area and very empty of vehicles. Just behind it is a very large grocery store (open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.). There is a fountain in the grassy area, you can catch some water. You have a bike lane in front of you that connects the entire municipality, very fun ... route with a bicycle or scooter, RECOMMENDATION: Visit orchard houses (Calle Orihuela) ....... the town is small, about 11,000 inhabitants. Zwangloses Parken im Stadtgebiet SEHR GRÜNFLÄCHE, Bäume, Rasen, ...... Radweg. Sehr ruhige und sichere Doppelhaushälfte. Großer Parkplatz und sehr leer von Fahrzeugen. Gleich dahinter befindet sich ein sehr großes Lebensmittelgeschäft (geöffnet von Montag bis Samstag von 9:00 bis 21:30 Uhr). Auf der Rasenfläche befindet sich ein Brunnen, an dem Sie Wasser fangen können. Sie haben einen Fahrradweg vor sich, der die gesamte Gemeinde verbindet, sehr lustig ... Route mit dem Fahrrad oder Roller, EMPFEHLUNG: Besuchen Sie Obstgartenhäuser (Calle Orihuela) ....... die Stadt ist klein, etwa 11.000 Bewohner. Sie haben die U-Bahnstation am Ende der Allee. Sie gehen die Treppe hinunter und gehen unter der Brücke hindurch, um dort Eintrittskarten zu kaufen. Ganz in der Nähe der Autobahnausfahrt... GPS eingeben: Av Sanchis Guarner, hinter dem überdachten städtischen Schwimmbad. Im Sommer können Sie den Tisch und die Stühle zum Abendessen auf den Rasen mitnehmen (die Anwohner der Gegend tun dies normalerweise, die örtliche Polizei erlaubt es). Sehr, sehr saubere und sehr sichere Stadt. ESSEN / ESSEN: -Peanflo (Plaza Mayor) -La Seu (Picanya Sportzentrum, nur Essen). -Die Kurbel (Avenida l'Horta). *Im Sommer empfehle ich eine Horchata (ein typisch valencianisches frisches Getränk, es ist eine sehr kleine Horchateria, nur eine Bar zum Servieren). Sie befindet sich auf der Plaza del País Valenciano, in der Nähe des Peanflo. **NUR IM MAI-JUNI-JULI-AUGUST-SEPTEMBER GEÖFFNET

Incidenteel parkeren in stedelijk gebied ZEER GROENE ZONE, bomen, gazon, ...... fietspad. Zeer rustige en VEILIGE geschakelde buurt. Grote parkeerplaats en erg leeg van voertuigen. Vlak erachter is een zeer grote supermarkt (geopend van maandag tot en met zaterdag van 9.00 tot 21.30 uur). Er is een fontein in het grasveld, u kunt water nemen. Je hebt een fietspad voor je dat de hele gemeente verbindt, erg leuk ... route per fiets of scooter, AANBEVELING: Bezoek de huizen van de boomgaard (Calle Orihuela) ....... de stad is klein, ongeveer 11 000 inwoners. Je hebt het metrostation aan het einde van de laan. Je gaat de trap af en gaat onder de brug door om toegang te krijgen tot waar je kaartjes koopt. Heel dicht bij de afrit van de snelweg... zet GPS in: Av Sanchis Guarner, achter het gemeentelijk binnenzwembad. U kunt de GPS invoeren: - Av Sanchís Guarner 28 (net achter het overdekte zwembad) Het is een prachtige omgeving van een rustig stadje. In de zomer kun je de tafel en stoelen meenemen naar het gazon voor het DINER (de lokale bevolking doet dat meestal, de lokale politie staat het toe). Heel erg schone en zeer veilige stad. PLAATSEN OM TE ETEN / DINER: -Peanflo (Plaza Mayor) -La Seu (Sportcentrum Picanya, alleen eten). -De krukas (Avenida l'Horta). *In de zomer raad ik aan om een horchata te nemen (een typisch koud drankje uit Valencia, het is een heel kleine horchateria, alleen een bar om te serveren). Het is gelegen in Plaza del País Valenciano, vlakbij de Peanflo. **ALLEEN OPEN IN MEI - JUNI - JULI - AUGUSTUS - SEPTEMBER

Parcheggi occasionali in area urbana ZONA MOLTO VERDE, alberi, prato,......pista ciclabile. Quartiere bifamiliare molto tranquillo e SICURO. Ampio parcheggio e molto vuoto di veicoli. Proprio dietro c'è un negozio di alimentari molto grande (aperto dal lunedì al sabato dalle 9:00 alle 21:30). C'è una fontana nella zona erbosa, puoi prendere l'acqua. Hai una pista ciclabile di fronte a te che collega l'intero comune, molto divertente ... percorso in bicicletta o scooter, RACCOMANDAZIONE: Visita le case del frutteto (Calle Orihuela) .... la città è piccola, circa 11 000 abitanti. Hai la stazione della metropolitana alla fine del viale. Scendi le scale e vai sotto il ponte per accedere dove acquisti i biglietti. Vicinissimo al casello autostradale... inserire nel GPS: Av Sanchis Guarner, dietro la piscina comunale coperta. Puoi inserire il GPS: - Av Sanchís Guarner 28 (proprio dietro la piscina coperta) È una bellissima zona di una città tranquilla. In estate puoi portare il tavolo e le sedie fuori sul prato per la CENA (la gente del posto di solito lo fa, la polizia locale lo consente). Città molto, molto pulita e molto sicura. LUOGHI DOVE MANGIARE / CENA: -Peanflo (Plaza Mayor) -La Seu (centro sportivo Picanya, solo cibo). -La Manovella (Avenida l'Horta). *In estate consiglio di prendere una horchata (una tipica bevanda fredda di Valencia, è una piccolissima horchateria, solo un bar da servire) Si trova in Plaza del País Valenciano, vicino al Peanflo. **APERTO SOLO IN MAGGIO - GIUGNO - LUGLIO - AGOSTO - SETTEMBRE

Estacionamiento casual en casco urbano ZONA MUY VERDE, arbolado, césped, ...... carril bici. Zona de viviendas adosadas muy tranquila y SEGURA. Amplia zona de aparcamiento y muy vacía de vehículos. Justo detrás hay una tienda de alimentación muy grande (abierta de lunes a sábado de 9.00 a 21.30 horas). Hay una fuente en la zona de césped, se puede coger un poco de agua. Tienes enfrente un carril bici que conecta todo el municipio, muy divertido ... ruta con bicicleta o patinete, RECOMENDACIÓN: Visitar casas de huertos (Calle Orihuela) .......el pueblo es pequeño, unos 11.000 habitantes. Tienes la estación de metro al final de la avenida. Bajas las escaleras y pasar por debajo del puente para acceder a donde se compran los billetes. Muy cerca de la salida a la autovía........poner en GPS: Av Sanchis Guarner, detrás de la piscina municipal cubierta. Puedes introducir en GPS: - Av Sanchís Guarner 28 (justo detrás denla piscina cubierta) Se trata de una zona bonita de un pueblo tranquilo. En verano puedes sacar las mesa y las sillas al cesped para CENAR (Los vecinos de la zona suelen hacerlo, la Policía Local lo permite). Pueblo muy muy limpio y muy seguro. SITIOS PARA COMER/CENAR: -Peanflo (plaza Mayor) -La Seu (polideportivo Picanya, solo comida). -La Manivela (Avenida l'Horta). *En verano recomiendo tomar una horchata (bebida fresca tipifica valenciana, es una horchateria muy pequeña, tansolo una barra para despachar) se encuentra en la Plaza del País Valenciano, cerca del Peanflo. **ABIERTO SOLO EN MAYO- JUNIO - JULIO - AGOSTO -SEPTIEMBRE
