I would give it 0 stars if possible. The app needed for entry is so badly designed that I have up after 20 minutes and left unable to enter my details and register. And I have over 30 years computer expertise! I wonder how many other customers drive off without using this aire. And new and clean it it uninspiring and windswept with nothing such as bar, shop or restaurant nearby.
Pas facile de s'enregistrer si l'on ne parle pas Portugais, sans l'aide d'un campingcariste Portugais nous aurions abandonné. Très belle aire, de grands emplacements délimités avec eau et électricité sur chaque place. Très calme entre le cimetière et le terrain de foot.
Attention à la crevaison, j'ai été bloqué sur ce terrain à la suite d'une crevaison dûe au revêtement : bouts et éclats de marbre en abondance (carrière toute proche) dont un petit morceau a été responsable de celle-ci (constaté par le réparateur). Pour couronner le tout, coupure de courant durant 12h pendant notre immobilisation malgré plusieurs contacts avec la hotline.
Super espaces, mais pour pouvoir rentrer faut bac . Domage, les 2 emplacements sont vides et pour cause.
Uma estrela por causa do método de acesso que é de uma dificuldade e de um desespero que segundo pessoas da vila há pessoas que desistem e pernoitam no terreno em frente, junto ao cemitério. Depois nas duas entradas para Pardais não há nenhuma placa a indicar a área ao contrário de Alandroal e Terena. É quase como morrer de sede em frente ao mar... uma área óptima mas sem conseguir entrar.
We arrived at the barrier and followed the tedious registration process online, but were unable to make the payment and raise the barrier. There was one other van inside, but don't know how they managed it. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Nous avons passé la nuit sur cette aire. Arrivé sans réservation nous avons pu faire ouvrir la barrière. Nous avons fait l enregistrement une fois rentré et avons reçu le QR code. A la lecture du QR code ce matin la barrière s est bien ouverte. L aire est très bien aménagée et l endroit est très calme et éclairé. Nous recommandons.
Der Stellplatz wäre sehr schön und sauber, jedoch gab es wie bei vielen anderen vor uns Probleme mit dem Ein- und Auschecken. Die Barriere öffnete sich an nächsten Morgen nicht mehr und wir mussten die Barriere umfahren. Das Telefon der Hotline hat auch niemand entgegengenommen.
Four stars because it is spotlessly clean in a nice quiet location. Even has a marble ground!! However, like others before we had issues with the payment system which would not work. We called and the guy opened the gate remotely. He whatsapped me several times to try to resolve the issue, as we still needed a QR code to exit the next day. But we both gave up in the end! He was helpful but working with a crap system. We managed to drive around the barrier to exit - okay with a 5m truck but maybe not with something bigger.

Sehr schöner Stellplatz und für 5 Euro inklusive Strom ist das wirklich nicht viel. Man muss sich vorher die APP installieren und registrieren. Die Registrierung ist etwas aufwändig. Alles nur auf Portugiesisch. Also - Übersetzer auf ein zweites Handy aufrufen. Man bekommt dann einen QR-Code per Email geschickt für die Ein- und Ausfahrt. Empfehlenswert !!!
Profundo Alentejo, uma excelente alternativa para quem vai para Elvas porque daqui até lá não encontra nada com estas excelentes condições, enquanto aquela gerigonça do registo não funcionar é grátis a estadia. A pouca distância de V.Viçosa será sempre a melhor opção. 5€ a pernoita preço mais que justo. Contras convém ir abastecido, sem sombras por isso no verão é melhor ter algo para refrescar.

Lecteur de QR code ne fonctionne pas correctement sur toutes les aires. Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses j'ai contacte l'assistante pour ouvrir la barrière. Malgré les difficultés initiales pour créer l'enregistrement, je suis devenu fan du système. Default à corriger d'urgence pour ne pas démotiver les utilisateurs.
Another nice motorhome area but with access only by “Outdoor Routes” website, too much bureaucratic for itinerary tourism and requiring payment only by credit card that I do not bring. Conclusion: I am moving to more friendly place.
We have stayed here for two days now and I have to say what a fab place, it has everything including ehu for €5. Everything is lovely and clean everything works and all recycling bins too. No problems with registering. I did it before we got here on outdoor-routes.pt The barrier is easy enough you just scan your code which you get emailed when registered then press the intercom it will open.
Quatre étoiles à cause du processus d'inscription,il faut s'inscrire et payer sur outdoor-routes.pt. puis vous recevez un QR code pour accéder et sortir de l'aire. Mais après présentation du QR code, il faut entre 2 et 3 minutes pour l'ouverture de la barrière. De toute manière quelqu'un répond rapidement à l'interphone de la borne d'accès en cas de problème. C'est pour le moins compliqué.
Mooie aangelegde camperplaats je staat op marmer gravel. Om binnen te komen moet je een lastige hindernis nemen. Wij hadden 20 min nodig om je via internet aan te melden, na ontvangst van de QRcode lukte het nog niet om slagboom omhoog te krijgen. uit eindelijk gelukt. Nu nog er uit.....
You have to book in advance online and get a Q code which you use to open the barrier. We arrived and after speaking on the intercom by the entrance they let us in. Next day we found you need the Q code to leave. But now the intercom wasn't manned so the barrier couldn't be opened. We moved some wooden dividers and a iron plant pot and managed to wriggle out! Cannot recommend, too complicated
nieuwe plaats met nog wat kinderziektes. ze zijn er duidelijk aan het werken. er is heel wat zorg. men kwam ´s avonds nog kijken of we nog zaken nodig hadden en gaven nog toeristische info. Echt wel een top plaats.

Great place, quiet, feels secure, cheap and everything is new , don’t give 5 star review because my opinion website to enter isn’t easy and perfected yet, I had 30min just to figure out and had to explain another coming couple. I think place needs a open Bathroom and some Lights on the parking spots. Congrats to Bencatel and Vila Viçosa for this great ASA. I will sleep again in my Alentejo trips
Excelente área de serviço! Estreamos a mesma dentro destes moldes. 5€ com direito a pernoitar, wi-fi, eletricidade, descarga e abastecimento de águas e caixotes de reciclagem. Bons espaços delimitados para cada autocaravana. Tem ainda postes de iluminação, extintores e cartéis para caso de incêndio. Tem jovens árvores para fazer sombras no futuro.
