Free parking next to the road. No interdiction for spending the night. It is right by the road, so no much silence, but it will do for one night. Only 15 min walk to Hallstatt.
Kostenlose Parkplätze neben der Straße. Kein Übernachtungsverbot. Es liegt direkt an der Straße, also nicht viel Ruhe, aber es reicht für eine Nacht. Nur 15 min zu Fuß nach Hallstatt.

We have stayed at this spot for a single night in April and were alone there. It is located right next to the road to the Hallstatt but the night was quiet. There had to be some construction works underway because the surface was muddy and some traffic signs were stacked on the edge of the place. If you want to spend the night close to the beautiful Hallstatt, this is the right spot in my opinion

Bigger parking than the closer one to the city center. Walking to Hallstatt generates medium levels of adrenaline, there is very limited walking path and quite frequent traffic. Maybe not suitable for more stress-prone people, for me personally however still ok. Bit stressful in “tunnel” part of the way.
parked up for 2 hours to have a look round Hallstatt. 20 mins walk there. Perfect for our needs
très bien pour passer la journée et la nuit gratuite contrairement aux autres parking relativement cher..on peut aller au village en vélo en 10 mm ..la route se trouve derrière les arbres sur la photo...du passage la journée mais calme la nuit..en bas du parking petit endroit pour se baigner .
We didn’t use this exact one, but a roadside bay like this, a bit closer to Hallstatt. Free, no time limit and there’s usually space. You have to walk along the road to get to the town, but it’s not very far. Very cute town, would recommend a visit.
To bardziej zatoczka przy drodze niż parking. Miejsce na jedno, maks dwa nieduże kampery. Głośne i niebezpieczne.
