All in process of being refurbished and will look lovely when finished. Lovely views up and down the river. Picnic area above the small marina. Downside is the bar (very cheap!) is open until about 1.00am and after that locals seem to hang around the area chatting which doesnt help give a peaceful night.
Pas testé, WC et douches. Plat, une dizaine de places. J'y ai même vu une ⛺ Il ne manque que l'électricité.
Spot où nous avons passé une nuit et qui nous a laissé un sentiment ambigu entre insécurité, passages nocturnes répétés de moto, mobilette etc et bar juste à côté ouvert jusqu'à 1h du matin... Et beauté du paysage... WC fermés la nuit. Habitants du coin qui marchent le long de ce quai vous jettent des regards pas spécialement accueillants... Pourtant nous n'étions pas en mode " punk à chien" ^^ Et mon VW T5 est plus que correct... Bref à éviter en ce qui nous concerne.
Je me suis garé au fond le long des quais pour une nuit. Mis à part une messe amplifiée au microphone en début de soirée et un peu de passage la nuit, RIen à signaler. Merci beaucoup pour le partage, ce spot est très beau !
Les quais étaient en travaux mais en arrivant en bas de la descente prendre le petit chemin en terre sur la droite et il y a une grande étendu d'herbe au bord de l'eau. Endroit calme et sympa. Possibilité de pêcher.
Footnote : 2-300 metres walk from the parking area is a large shaded and quiet picnic area. On its western side near where the river forks there is a tiny tree shaded beach. I can see more larger beaches a little further afield and a short swim away. Wild-swimmer's heaven.
A peaceful night's sleep. Some shade possible. Almost flat. No facilities that I can see. The multi lingual bar owner is friendly and generous with information and was happy for me to use the facilities and pointed me to the right placement so I wouldn't be bothered by the comings and goings of customers. Cruise ship floated in and moored across the river for the night (low rumble of engines/aircon for a while) and the usual mid summer activities on the river. After a very hot day this was a really pleasant and cooling park up.
