HermioneH02/01/2024Overnight parking allowed in winter season, until April. Confirmed by two seasonal workers who were also staying there. Flat and quiet. Service down the road at the aire.

Une très bonne alternative // à l’aire payante. Respecter les distances entre CC et le bruit car les riverains finiront par la faire fermer. Beaucoup de pratiquants de VTT de toutes les nationalités en cette période.

perfect parking spot have been here on and off , now being requested to move due to the noise some campers have been making, very unfortunate that this park will be closed to motorhomes
Alison0301/07/2023Large free car park with little shade. Casino supermarket near by, bins at the entrance / exit. 10 minute walk into Morzine. A little noise when we stayed but it was pretty full. Medical helicopter lands in the field near by so some noise from this on busy days.

A free car park with separate campervan and car parking. This car park is one of the few that does not seem to be closed due to the Tour Du France. Close to a water fill point across the road, recycling bins and a short walk or cycle into town. We stayed for 3 nights and we were not bothered once.
nordwindlicht17/06/2023Einfacher und netter, ebener Platz. Haben hier ohne Probleme eine Nacht verbracht. Es waren auch andere Camper dort. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Wasserquelle, ein Supermarkt und der Müll kann entsorgt werden. Die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Toilette haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden.

Great place but police just arrived today to say that there is now a charge for this carpark and we should move elsewhere. apparently because the tour de France is coming through town so hopefully open again in August, but can't confirm that.

The authorities have now put up a sign at the entrance to the car park indicating motor homes to the right, cars to the left. The height barrier has been moved from the main entrance to the side for cars so this now appears to be an official aire.

Great free car park right opposite the ski bus and easy walk into town and river. No facilities but water, dumping and electrical hookup are at the nearby aire and cost €2. Bins and recycling are at the entrance to the car park. Perfect for us even though it is well used we had a really quiet and pleasant stay.

Would probably be good as it's close to town, there are many spaces and flat, but on 3/10/2022 there was a height barrier so we couldn't get in. Not sure if this is present all the time.
