You have to drive all the way up. Space for 2 RVs or 3-4 cars. But the way up is bumpy and nothing for the faint hearted, at least at night. I wouldn't say it's quite, the trains are going for most of the night. You can park on the way up as well. But be prepared for a steep sleep.
