Grand dégagement en bordure d'une petite route, en pleine nature. Les moutons sont notre seule compagnie et la végétation en ce mois d'août, est tout simplement magnifique.
Vue sur la mer avec un coucher de soleil inoubliable. Quasiment aucune circulation la nuit. Un agriculteur s'est arrêté, dans son 4x4, pour nous saluer et échanger sur ses voyages en France. Selon lui, la présence de camping-cars à cet endroit est fréquente. Un spot sauvage, magnifique et gratuit au Pays de Galles...c'est tellement rare.
Large clearing along a small road, surrounded by nature. The sheep are our only company and the vegetation in this month of August is simply magnificent. Sea view with an unforgettable sunset. Almost no traffic at night. A farmer stopped in his 4x4 to greet us and talk about his travels in France. According to him, the presence of motorhomes in this place is frequent. A wild, beautiful and free spot in Wales...it's so rare.
Große Lichtung entlang einer kleinen Straße, umgeben von Natur. Die Schafe sind unsere einzige Gesellschaft und die Vegetation in diesem Monat August ist einfach großartig. Meerblick mit einem unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergang. Nachts fast kein Verkehr. Ein Bauer hielt in seinem Geländewagen an, um uns zu begrüßen und uns über seine Reisen in Frankreich zu erzählen. Ihm zufolge ist die Anwesenheit von Wohnmobilen an diesem Ort häufig. Ein wilder, schöner und freier Fleck in Wales ... es ist so selten.
Gran claro a lo largo de un pequeño camino, rodeado de naturaleza. Las ovejas son nuestra única compañía y la vegetación en este mes de agosto es sencillamente magnífica. Vista al mar con una puesta de sol inolvidable. Casi no hay tráfico por la noche. Un granjero se detuvo en su 4x4 para saludarnos y hablarnos de sus viajes por Francia. Según él, la presencia de autocaravanas en este lugar es frecuente. Un lugar salvaje, hermoso y libre en Gales... es tan raro.

We stayed for 1 night- there was loads of space and there’s a couple of different sections on the same road that you can park up. Amazing views especially if you manage to catch the sunset or sunrise. Such a peaceful night although I imagine if it was windy it wouldn’t have been so great as it’s extremely open and high up so I’d keep that in mind. Barely anyone drove past at night too
We stayed one night here, it’s a large hard standing area to pull up on, beside a quiet road with sheep around. Most of the spot is slightly sloped however the views more than made up for this, views over Caernarfon and Snowdonia are incredible.
Bel endroit pour dormir avec les moutons. 2 nuits calmes. Un groupe de jeunes bien en forme et un peu bruyant s’est arrêté entre 20h30 et 21h30. Pas de de problème.
Fab spot, joined by one other camper and some cars through the night stopping off but no problems. I’d stay again 100%, gorgeous views and sunsets - some hikes close by aswell!
Very peaceful nights sleep here as it wasn’t windy. Spent a quiet morning relaxing watching the sheep. Cars going past during the day, not many late at night. Dog walkers stop by occasionally
Très beau spot! La vue est indescriptible, avec le château au loin et Snowdonia tout autour. Les moutons passent à proximité du véhicule. Endroit calme, bien que quelques jeunes locaux viennent ici en voiture pour s’amuser et jettent leurs déchets dans la nature :-(
Light sleeper might find these noises and the wind bad. But the view is wonderful. We cleaned even though it isn't our mess, try to do it as well to keep the place to us nature lovers ✌️
probably great but in high wind it was not possible to stay. prone to wind issues. not super level BUT definitely a 9/10 spot if weather is good
Nice & big, but a lot of rubbish (beer cans, fast food packaging) sadly many young people in the UK have a habit of going to places like this to drink at night, speed up their cars and throw their rubbish out the window. In the morning collect a large bag of garbage. Leave no trace, I know it's not your trash but you can do it out of gratitude for spending the night in a beautiful place like this
