Sehr schöner Platz, blieben 2 Nächte, totale Einsamkeit Der Picknick Bereich wird nicht mehr genützt, alles sehr desolat. Aber sehr schöne Umgebung und Natur. Hund und Katze genossen es. Standen hinten beim Haus

The birds are singing here all day and at night you hear the crickets and even an owl. The BBQ is nice and there is a picknick table right next to it. But it is not the prettiest place with the big antenna. There were two cars who arrived late at night, playing really loud music. They left again pretty quickly. They didn't bother us but I can imagine it would feel a bit iffy for some.
Hyrrer25/08/2023Very secluded and forgotten place to have a quiet night. possibility of a starry night and a view of the surrounding villages. Definitely a good spot if you want to head to Lisbon.

At night some guys came with the car, shouting and flashing our camper with the light. They left, then came back after 15 minutes, doing the same and smashing some stuff loudly to the ground. It was pretty scary so we had to leave in the middle of the night.
Michellered19/02/2023this is by far my favourite spot I have found in Portugal. in the woods. there's a house where kids were out until about 10pm having fun than they were playing games at lunch time. no problem to me and everything else silent. lovely walk through the woods and total recharge

Boechs01/11/2022Absolut ruhig. 4G Top Aussicht. Schade, dass der Aussichtsturm nur zur Hälfte degehbar ist. Es gibt nur für einen Wagen eine flache Stelle und Steine gibt's hier nicht so grosse.

moominmama15/01/2022This is a gem of a place. Peaceful and beautiful with several areas level enough to park. The bar is closed up so no water but there is a bin. Lots of tracks around for walking. No ghosts that we noticed.

Haunted. Gates opening and closing without any wind around, I kept waking up all night because of very weird sounds (murmurs ) and nobody around, it’s in the middle of a forest, just an abandoned small building which a believe was a bar

Parking sous pins. Nombreuses tables pour déjeuner. Tranquille la nuit. Malheureusement, quelques déchets au sol malgré la poubelle à la sortie.

Good reviews are not understandable, very uneven and small space, power cables hanging low in the trees, anything above 2,5 Meters is life danger to drive around. Will go on , very disappointing place, avoid, don’t go!

Ne pas hésiter à aller directement sur l’aire de pique-nique, de la place pour 2 ou 3 véhicules. Aire sympa. Aucun service, calme et safe.

We loved this place, easy access for large mh lovely view over the valley and town. Our 2 dogs had safe freedom. Quiet and calm. We stayed for 3 nights the park ranger drove round a couple of times and waved

Spot parfait en pleine nature. Vue de folie sur le village d’Ota. Un endroit pour être seul au monde. Pas d’eau, pas de service. Des tables de pique-nique à côté d’une tour de réseau téléphonique. Nuit très calme, nous n’avons vu personne.

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit après avoir quitté un spot douteux à Aguas de Moura. nous nous sommes d’abord arrêtés dans un coin derrière des arbres, mais le garde forestier, adorable (mais qui ne parle aucun mot d’anglais ou de français ah ah), est venu nous placer au niveau des tables de pique-nique. Il nous a expliqué qu’ici nous serions + en sécurité (par rapport aux risques de feux) puisqu’il pouvait nous voir du haut de son poste perché au-dessus du parc. Super gentil, nous avons donc passé une nuit très calme et en sécurité, à plat (et très chaude, 27 degrés minimum !). Belle vue le matin sur les alentours, et toujours aussi calme !

Bel endroit calme avec une jolie vue. Toutefois, il n'y a plus d'accès à l'eau potable (robinets fermés).
