We rang with 15 mins notice and they confirmed they had space, very friendly, easy to find. Plot was excellent, drinking water, bins, toilets, showers and washing up room. Felt safe and secure. Very quiet, beautiful location

sdrawdexela30/11/2022Stayed for 3 nights and had no problems whatsoever. Electric and water on pitch. Shower block and toilets very modern and very clean. Wifi worked around the site. Would defo stay again!

What a fantastic campsite! Electric hook up and water right next to every hardstanding spot. Easy check in, was just a quick phone call and first come first serve choice of spot. Dogs allowed and just a lovely atmosphere. We stayed for 2 nights with electric hardstanding hook up for £70, which I think for the lakes it’s a fair price for such a lovely and clean site. Oh and not to forget the shower and toilet block is super clean, smells amazing and toilet roll in ever stall ? hawkeshead is a 10 minute walk with lovely pubs and cafes, the Windermere ferry is a 10 minute drive away. Coniston is about a 15-20 minute drive with lots of water sports and again nice pubs!

stunning site. free WiFi. laundry facilities. outstanding toilet block with excellent showers. dog friendly and a 10 min walk into hawkshead via a path away from main road.

First time on a site, no issues with the lwb camper. 25 hard standing bays all level, water & electric hook up, plenty of dustbins, grey and black waste disposal, shower & wc block. Lovely staff and a clean tidy site. We will be back when in the area again. £27 over night full use of services. 4G o2.

Great relatively small site with hard standing pitches, WiFi, 3G signal, electric, water, showers, etc! We’d be back next time we need water or electric!
