Le restaurant appartenant au village, le Suburban Pantry à proximité, et le pub communautaire du village. Ouvert uniquement du jeudi au dimanche. Nourriture pas chère et gaie. Chien amical aussi. Hautement recommandé.
West Wemyss. Another superb overnight stop. By a small port. Very calm. Lots of noises like where to park. The village-owned restaurant, the nearby Suburban Pantry, and the village community pub. Open only from Thursday to Sunday. Cheap and cheerful food. Dog friendly too. Highly recommended.
West Wemyss. Eine weitere hervorragende Übernachtung. An einem kleinen Hafen. Sehr ruhig. Viele Geräusche wie wo man parkt. Das dorfeigene Restaurant, die nahe gelegene Suburban Pantry und die dörfliche Gemeinschaftskneipe. Nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Billiges und fröhliches Essen. Auch hundefreundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The owners of the land have stopped motorhomers from parking, so West Weymms is CLOSED. Its due to irresponsible people not respecting the area & people who live there i.e using the surrounding woods as a toilet and emptying toilets/ waste, leaving rubbish. So thank you to those who have previously done this and spoilt it for others. PLEASE RESPECT the area & people where you stay.
we stopped here a night, lovely and quiet.no services available. little children's play park near the community pub( which was closed when we were there) would definitely park here again.
Parking du port, calme. Vue mer. En cas de vent, le parking est situé sur la jetée donc doit être très venteux. Pas de toilettes, autonomie indispensable. Belle vue, joli village et possibilité de se balader sur le bord de mer. Pas de plage.

Ruhiger schlichter Ort für die Nacht, sehr besonders. Parkplatz auf der Wiese im Hafen, Möglichkeit für tolle Wanderung entlang der Küste
Fine for 1 night. Reasonable phone service. The community pub opens Friday to Monday, we were there on Thursday. No services . Very quiet at night.
Beautiful harbour. Quiet location on a Sunday evening. Other campervans .. a few looked like in storeage and one longer term stay. Pls consider contributing via honesty box to keep this gem available.
Excellent stop over, previous post saying grass area been reduced to half, now about a quarter. Didn’t park on grass as it was soft.
Enjoyed a quiet night here with two other vans- avoid the grass if it's wet as one van got stuck. Please make a donation in the honesty box we did.
Good location right next to the see, quiet.
Lovely spot for weekend been here a few times but this time there is disrespectful others treating place like caravan park with awning out table chairs bbq and loud music till late at night and not respecting other that just want a peaceful night.
Best yet Safe as houses and lots of walks and the dog loved it. Can’t wait to go back
A great space to park our small van overlooking the water. Was very peaceful and had lovely coastal walks. No facilities so bear that in mind. Short walk to Community pub for cheap drinks and cafe open during the day for lovely food. Honesty box for donations at harbour.

Es war super ruhig, ich war fast alleine, etwa 50 m weiter standen noch drei Vans. Es ist genug Platz, um ungestört zu sein; Pluspunkt: der Hund kann frei laufen. Definitiv die bessere Wahl als der Campingplatz!
Mooie plek aan de kleine haven. Fantastische locals ontmoet in de community pub, twee heerlijke avonden. Het Schots ontbijt in het cafe is ook een aanrader!
Very quiet night, only one other camper turned up. no facilities in town and the pub was closed, but good for a night. just put some money in the donation box at the back of the field. nice views out to sea too
Great spot parking area has been reduced to half as the area was mainly grass and caravans have been ruining the grass. Honesty box on a stake back Right corner great coastal walks in either direction (do not block harbour area it’s there livelihood).
First time here, great flat spot on grass. Beautiful views out over the harbour. Seals basking in the sun. Honesty box, with £5 suggested donation. Several litter bins. Will check out the community pub later.
Beautiful spot we stopped in our car, plenty of spots to park up little honesty box to put some money in. harbour was so quite and peaceful amazing views at night. there's a town near by with plenty of shops and a fish n chip bar. could of stayed another night
Stayed overnight by the grass area, just before where the fishermen need access their boats, so not to disturb them. A couple of other vans next to us with a couple of dogs. :) Amazing views. You won't regret if you decide to spend a couple of hours or the night over there! Honesty box next to a black bin. We are grateful they let us use this space. Lovely and quiet spot.
Amazing parking spot, right overlooking the pretty little harbour. There’s an honesty box which helps with the upkeep. No services other than a bin emptied regularly. We spoke to a fisherman who said you are able to park anywhere on the green only, it’s still a working harbour so be careful not to block any access areas. Great walk to Kirkcaldy, on the coastal path, saw seals, dolphins and deer.

Lovely spot to park overnight. Next to nothing in village but community pub was very friendly and welcoming! No toilets in village and food is no longer available in pub. Only shop is ran by the paranormal society to prove the afterlife! Strange.

Nice quiet spot with great access to Fife Coastal Path. We biked/ran all the way to Buckhaven and back along a safe path.
A super spot and very friendly local people. Please give 100% respect and leave no trace, so that motorhome can continue to enjoy.
As a local can we avoid using generators as they are disturbing the houses next to the parking. parking is tolerated at present, but over use and generators will cause resentment from locals. A £5 donation is suggested to help with harbour restoration.

Great spot for our van, can back up right to the harbor and wake up to see fishermen bringing in the catch with views of the Forth and Arthurs Seat. Quiet nights sleep with just a few low sounds of boy racers on an A road in the distance. Picturesque traditional fishing village with tons of character and a rocky beach to walk the dog. Highly recommended.
Great site, flat and right by the harbour. Locals really friendly and the Fife coastal path accessible both directions. Very quiet.
Excellent location. Quiet and tranquil with friendly local people. Stayed for two nights. NOTE: It's a working harbour, so don't block the quayways and expect to be woken early if you park too close to the harbour access.
Stunning little harbour spent a night on a couple occasions now and always found the local people very friendly and welcoming
Nice, quiet location with flat parking next to the harbour. Not much to do here, but there are some interesting buildings and a chance to see dolphins, as the view across the sea is good. There are also huge container ships to watch on the horizon. Please note that the locals walk their dogs very early here and we were awoken at 6-30 this morning by owners loudly calling their dogs.
Really lovely little town of around 250 people. Quiet overnight parking at harbour. Also recommend the Community owned cafe and pub. The cafe has really well- priced meals.
