£15 overnight camping, posted through the harbour masters shed as directed by signs with our reg on paper. V flat pitch. Daytime parking starts at 8am-then purchased a full day parking ticket- £5 full day, which I think is very reasonable for such a beautiful area. Ebbcarrs cafe is located on the harbour front. We enjoyed a full Scottish breakfast in the morning there, followed by a coastal walk.

  • 5/5

Wonderful spot right on the waterfront. Even showers in the toilets which are hot and free. Just donate £15 and reg number in the little wooden shed All proceeds to the lifeboat station and harbour trust. Lovely cafe for breakfast too Ebbscarr cafe. Lovely beach over the cliff path.

  • 5/5

Great place for a stop over or a night or two.£15 honesty box which goes to the unpaid lifeboat volunteers. Quiet, apart from the noise of the sea / waves on the rocks and can be windy.

  • 5/5

Bootstouristen, Tauchern u.a.

  • 5/5

Amazing find with stunning views. Lovely cafe serving food and drinks til 4.30 in the centre of the harbour. Beautiful walks on the coastal path nearby. Village of Coldingham around a mile away, within easy walking distance has two village pubs. Please put your £15 in the harbour masters honesty box, the proceeds go towards the local lifeboat. We have a 7.5m motorhome and it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again.

  • 5/5

  • 3/5

Very narrow roads to get there. Really only for small car sized campers. 15 per night it says you have to leave at 8:00am. We had to leave again.

  • 5/5

Beautiful spot with stunning sunrise views. The showers were hot which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Toilets and shower are open 7am til 9pm and cost 30p. Worth making sure you’ve got change to pay harbour master and for toilets. Local shop has a post office where you can get cash out. Highly recommend.

  • 5/5

Great place! You have to drive through the main pay and display car park to get to the ‘overnight’ section which is right on the water, just a low wall to stop you rolling in. Lovely view and peaceful walking around the harbour. Cold shower for 30p, no complaints from me! Tempted to stay here again on my way home.

  • 5/5

Lovely wee harbour, parked right at the edge of the rocks and the sea on the left side. £15 and van reg details put through the harbour master's hut door. Toilets clean Shower was cold (shower curtain pretty grubby) Can't be too fussy for 30 pence! Well done to the local community for the maintenance of all this, all volunteers! Little shop up the top of the village open until 4pm.

  • 4/5

  • 5/5

great spot, quiet an beautiful views. nice nature reserve near by. 7 spots for smaller motorhomes/vans price now 15 pounds, is to much.

  • 5/5

  • 4/5

7 spaces available when I was there - just depends on where the cones are placed! 30p for toilets up the hill and they’re open 7am to 9pm. Lovely spot but bring your earplugs - the seagulls don’t sleep. Village Shop closes at 1pm on a Saturday so bring provisions if you’re not planning on moving from St Abb’s all day. Cafe closes at 5pm. Very peaceful in the evening.

  • 5/5

Stayed here recently and had a lovely trip. Car park busy during the day with visitors but very peaceful at night. Coastal walks to one side and beach walk on the other. Public toilet and shower available although the water was cold when we were there. Two great cafe/ coffee shops for something to eat. Harbour master collects money if not put through box. Would stay again.

  • 4/5

  • 3/5

Superb location. 30pto access Toilets and shower block. Toilets weren’t very clean and the shower was out of order.

  • 5/5

The fee is now £15 per night, put through the door of the harbour masters shed. Ace view, highly recommended.

  • 4/5

Ein schöner Platz im Fischereihafen. Nur für Wohnmobile bis 6 m empfohlen.

  • 5/5

had a lovely night here the view alone was worth a tenner

  • 3/5

I'm going to disagree with every one else! it is a lovely spot but it's not flat and I think £15 is a lot. You have to pay for the loo 30p and the shower is broken. I'd highly recommend heading to Eyemouth instead where its flat and free. See my post on it.

  • 5/5

Great spot for the night, which is now £15 well worth it.

  • 4/5

Beautiful place for a night loved it. Thanks

  • 5/5

Had a great night here on 29/01. Arrived in the dark to a beautiful starlit sky and sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Couldn't locate the harbourmasters hut in the dark but found it OK in the morning. Woke to the prettiest postcard scene. Toilets were open - no need for 30p. Plenty of space - shared the area with 4 other vans.

  • 5/5

Has of today 6/1/2022 its still £10 a night on the Harbour. Pay the Harbour master via the slot in the hut along with your reg number. Fantastic location quite and no trouble. Has always St Abbs delivers we will be back soon and can't wait. Lovely way to support the community, village and harbour. Thank you St Abbs Harbour.

  • 2/5

£15 a night to harbour master, no facilities open and have to leave before 8 am or pay the normal daily rates. You are better off on top of the hill where it is £15 a day with facilites.

  • 5/5

Fantastic location for £10, can’t beat waking up to the sound of waves!! And an amazing view for breakfast

  • 5/5

Wonderful spot overlooking sea and harbour. Well worth £10 a night. Not really suitable for anything over 6.0m. A beautifully kept village with friendly folk in abundance.

  • 5/5

Stayed on 3 separate occasions, sea front pitches - £10 payable at the harbour masters wooden hut, toilet facilities 9am - 6pm (with a shower) 30p - harbour cafe and old school cafe at top of bank - absolutely stunning views and walks - take ear plugs for sea gulls if your not an early riser

  • 5/5

Brilliant park up. Could not be closer to the sea without getting your feet wet. No facilities, but what a view! £10 in the letter box of Harbourmasters shed in the carpark

  • 5/5

Fantastic experience want to return. The campervan places are next to (not in) the main carpark. Easy to find the wooden hut with a slot to post your money. Agree with previous comments about waves splashing over wall at high tide, woke us up at 4 am wondering what was going on, and the Female toilets were awful.

  • 5/5

Fantastic spot in the harbour. Lots of spaces ( not only 4 as stated). Watch the weather, the close to the sea spaces get high waves during storm. Toilets open 7am-9pm, 30p. Ladies shower absolutely disgusting, mould growing all over. Night car park till 9am, after that is £1/hour or £7 all day. Cafe not open till 10am. Harbour master shed is down the harbour (not the blue one from the photo).

  • 5/5

Fabulous parking spot for the night, right in the harbour next to the sea. £10 payable to the harbour master through a little hole in the hut door, you have to also leave your reg no. Apparently he comes round early in the morning to check those who haven’t paid but we didn’t see him. Toilets & shower 30p, showers, hot and fast, great for washing hair! Toilets open 7-8pm. Highly recommend.

  • 5/5

Great little spot.... £10 for the night, just leave the money and your reg number in the little box located at the shed door. A bit noisy with the birds but lovely harbour and peaceful night otherwise.

  • 5/5

Stayed at the harbour on the 24/7/21. Parked down the hill overlooking the sea. The views were worth the £10. Amazing walks from the harbour along the coast too.

  • 5/5

Stayed here on 28th June. Beautiful, peaceful place with great views and sounds and a great Scottish breakfast at the local cafė. Don't miss this place!

  • 5/5

Stayed here 16/7 and put £10 through the harbour masters door . Was brilliant and the view was amazing.

  • 5/5

Fabulous, beautiful place to stay. Well worth the £10 fee.

  • 5/5

A stunning spot to spend the night. £10 in the box with a note of your registration.

  • 5/5

Great place to stay if you don’t mind paying 10£!!! Money goes into the harbour masters post box and needs honest users to keep the facility going. Toilets were clean. Lovely harbour to stay in!

  • 5/5

    Great place hot showers lovely

  • 4/5

Stayed over at the harbour last night. £10 to the harbour master. Toilet and shower available from 8am through to 6pm. 30p entry charge. Ebbcarrs Cafe located in the harbour. Nice cliff walks.

  • 5/5

Great great place to stop. We got our 7.4m MH down to the harbour without any issues. Very friendly place, fantastic licenced cafe at the harbour. Talking to the harbourmaster it would appear that some people are stopping here without paying. PLEASE PLEASE do not do this otherwise this great facility may be lost!!

  • 3/5

Be wary of coming down here on busy days /bank holidays ,not so much the hill which is tight ,but once down there is absolutely no room to manoeuvre at all, come down early or late after crowds have gone ,not really suited to 7.4m moho’s unless very quiet .sigh of relief when we finally got back out the car park .stunning views though

  • 3/5

Superb view with easy parking £10 for the night payable to the harbour master loved it

  • 5/5

Perfect idilic location for a quiet night. looking straight out onto the rocks was so mesmerising. definitely worth £10. The only thing that might be a problem is that the single track road leading down to the carpark is extremely steep. I was slightly worried my 1996 Renault Trafic would struggle. I was pleasantly surprised how well she managed but others might not.

  • 5/5

Brilliant spot right on the harbour. Great cafe serving fish specials lovely walks nearby to lighthouse. Village shop and local cafes. Showers and loo closed due to COVID at the minute ( July 17th 2020) pay in the box on the harbour. Lovely friendly place easy to find

  • 4/5

Excellent little stop over. Stunning views and very peaceful sleep. You drive through the first car park down to the waters edge about 10 spaces depending on the way you park.

  • 5/5

Beautiful spot. Tenner into the box at the hut and can park right on the sea front. We were totally alone all night and was super quiet. Just the sound of the waves. Bring change for the toilets, 30p. The view onto the rocks is one of the best we’ve had.

  • 5/5

Juste WOW! Très calme et vraiment très sûr! 10£ et une vue à couper le souffle!

  • 5/5

Beautiful little harbour with 3 spaces directly on the seafront , £10 for the night ,worth every penny

  • 5/5

The cutest spot! Perfect sea front harbour location, totally unspoilt. Tiny little hut to deposit your £10 donation and it’s you and the seagulls for company. Previous poster noted the ‘no overnight camping’ signs which are for the top car Park. Keep driving past and you’ll find a good 7-8 spaces for motorhomes. Was 3 here including us.

  • 5/5

Lovely place to spend the night - right on the sea front, and with 30p hot shower! Stunning view and very tranquil (apart from the seagulls at dawn but they come with the territory. Rock pools, clambering, cafe. Receipt on the windscreen for the fee paid the night before.

  • 5/5

Fabulous real fishing village with overnight parking next to rock pools. 10 a night for campers.

  • 5/5

Great little spot with amazing views. Toilets(with shower) open until 9pm (30p). Great wee cafe at the harbour as well.

  • 4/5

Nice spot, with good views. Quiet village, friendly people. Café is only open during the day, other than that, there's not much happening. Great walk from here to St Abbs Head.

  • 4/5

Bit tight traveling down to harbour, 6m, two 6.5m here also. Beautiful harbour. £10 & reg no’s posted through slot in harbour master’s shed door.

  • 5/5

Sehr nette Hafenarbeiter.

  • 3/5

Pretty village, but no pub or shops after 4pm. Coastal walk up on the cliffs is magnificent. Drop money in harbour master’s box with registration plate number. If you arrive early or stay on into the day you should probably also pay the hourly/daily rate for parking (£1 hour/£7 day). Toilet block closed between 9pm & 7am. Seagull city!

  • 5/5

Nice. parking £10 per night, just drop the money with reg no. to box. or stay on the parking on the top of the hill for free.

  • 3/5

May also need to pay for a parking ticket during the day £1/hour or £5/day 8:00 to 20:00

  • 5/5
