Currently parked up for the night. Pitch black and silent except for a distant cow bell…I assume attached to a cow and not a ghost from the cemetery! can’t see us having any problem staying here. Signal is not great but who cares.

Parked at the top of the hill as the water gets very close at high tide! Be respectful as this is a cemetery and religious site. Burrishoole Abbey and surroundings are beautiful.
Endroit parfait et parfaitement calme. Très peu de passage et les passants sont très gentils. A l’abris du vent ! Attention dans la raquette, l’eau peut monter haut.
Great spot. Very quiet at night. The road in is single lane but wide enough for any vehicle. Good internet on three. Please be respectful, this is a cemetery not a campsite.
Perfect spot if you don't mind sleeping next to a graveyard! Flat, lots of space and very quiet. Be careful of parking near the water. At high tide the water comes in a lot further than you might expect.
Joli spot près de l’abbaye et du cimetière. Très calme même s’il y a eu du passage jusqu’à 21h. Quelques camions mais rien de gênant. Je recommande

Endroit très agréable et super tranquille pour passer une nuit. 2 autres vans y étaient aussi pour la nuit. Une très belle abbaye en ruine et un cimetière près de l’arrivée d’un bras de mer. Pas de poubelles mais de l’eau.
Rustige plaats bij een mooie ruïne met kerkhof en zicht op de baai . Rustige nacht . Meer moet dat niet zijn.

Lovely and quiet. The water at high tide can cover the tarmac area so do not park too close to the boat slip. We met some local people who were tidying the rose beds in the church yard who were really nice and friendly and we ended up helping them for a couple of hours with the gardening. It was nice to give something back to the community. We were joined by 3 other vans.
Very pretty, very quiet and very well protected from the wind. There was one more van besides us last night.

Very quiet spot, cemetery nearby. We stayed as far of it as possible in a litte corner to respect the place.

Excellent spot to both see and sleep. Very quiet day and night. Some cars and visitors, and one residence up past the cemetery has some traffic. Watch for the tide lines. We found it safe next to the curb.
