Sehr schöne ruhiger Platz auch für größere Wohnmobile geeignet. Wir hatten mit unseren 7,50 m kein Problem. Ein Papierkorb befindet sich am Sportplatz gleich um die Ecke.

Sehr ruhiger Platz in einer schönen Stadt. in der Nähe ist ein prächtiger Garten, den man besichtigen kann - bitte geben Sie eine Spende.

Lovely place to park for one night.. Quiet and fairly level. Would recommend. Melrose is cute too. Worth a walk around.

petit parking qui dépanne pour une nuit, aucune vue, on est coincé entre 3 murs face à une école, de plus je pense qu on dérange car le parking sert de stationnement au personnel la journée, très calme la nuit mais je pense que le stationnement de nuit sera bientôt interdit

Very quiet place to park up overnight. Room for 3 vans comfortably. No facilities but public toilets in the town. Also, great Thai takeaway in Melrose called Rak Thai. They have a few tables to sit in. Best to pre order.

Enough space for 3/4 vans - one night stop over, lovely little town with nice places to eat at night.

stayed here on a Friday night on our way home from touring around Scotland. no problems at all great little spot, had a walk and beer then cooked a meal in our van si no need to eat out. really lovely walk along the tweed in the morning. Great night's sleep

Das ist ein guter Tipp. Tagsüber ist der Platz besetzt. Wir haben deshalb vorher in der zuführenden Straße am Rand geparkt und uns erstmal das kleine Städtchen angeschaut. Am Abend war der Platz dann leer und wir konnten dort eine sehr ruhige Nacht verbringen.

Opposite a private school so used as extra parking during the day from about 8am onwards. Very quiet at night when we were there. We stayed Sunday and Monday nights and had no problems. Food at Burts was quite good (you may need to book as it's popular with the locals) but the King's Arms might need to up its game food wise.

mooie plaats zonder voorzieningen. mogelijk tot 8 meter. vlak bij centrum en Gardens. publieke weide ernaast om je honden te laten lopen. Alles goed opruimen. weinig last van lawaai gehad. aanrader.. nu

Schön gelegen und etwas versteckt sodass man nicht sofort auffällt. Etwas Platz wird von einer Baumaschine belegt. Direkt in der Nähe der Abby (Historic Scotland) und 2 schöner Gärten (national Trust for Scotland). Nachts sehr ruhig, morgens etwas Verkehr von Touristen und ankommenden Schülern der gegenüber liegenden Schulen. Für eine Nacht und den Morgen perfekt.

Guter Platz für eine Nacht und die Besichtigung der Abbey, zur Zeit allerdings wegen Renovierungs- Bauarbeiten geschlossen.

Great spot, nice and quiet later in the evening, locals seemed very pleasant when passing, plenty of cars in and out during the day, normally dog walkers going down to the river. Would use again, need to book if you want to eat out on a weekend, we struggled to get in, so few beers and fish and chips

Quiet spot opposite a school in town centre. Playing fields for dog walk. Good for a quick stop. It is a school drop off so left early as not to annoy locals. Don't abuse it or it will be another lost spot when the signs go up!

A quick overnight stop. Apart from the odd car very quiet. This was on a Friday night. Would stop over again if needed.

Common sense surely ...1-2 units or we'll overcrowd it AND exclude local users then lose this opportunity. Quiet night but mornings/eves busy ...school pickup/dropoff/rugby etc.

Super emplacement au calme

Parking plat et calme proche de l'abbaye. Pas de service.

It’s not a perfect spot (right in the middle of town and quite small) but it has toilets nearby (next to the Co op)and it’s free. It fits about 4 larges vans. We had a very quiet evening and night.

Nice quiet spot ?will use again.

Abbaye à visiter avec audioguide en français. Le lieu de stationnement est ok. Il faut simplement attendre fin d'après-midi pour y accéder.

Très calme dans 1 rue peu fréquenté. .uniquement 4 places les uns contre les autres mais juste à côté du centre ville et de l'abbaye.. et aussi d'un magnifique jardin qui mène à la rivière et à l'autre camping chez 1 fermier

Lieu sympa pour passer une nuit. Très calme.
