Dropped in just for a look about 15:00. The first gate was open but no one in the kiosk. The second gate was locked. I walked down later and the car park was pretty packed with cars. This was midweek so no idea why. The place would be a great overnight (thee stars for potential) if only you are lucky enough for both gates to be unlocked and someone in the kiosk. Rereshment was place closed too.

Tried to park up here but no one in the kiosk and the galvanised gate chained and padlocked with 3 locks! About 20 cars were parked there and locked in so presumably they were using the helicopter service to Lundy. A sign at the entrance would be helpful given that they take enough money from people during the season. Walked down to the car park and it would have been a beautiful spot to stop.

Amazing views, very quiet. £3 for parking & £5 over night. Need to be in by 6, gates open at 09:30. Decent 4G signal. No facilities. Road in easy with a XLWB van. Cafe (decent coffee!) open March to End Sept.

Great little spot, very secluded and pretty, will defo frequent this place!

  • 5/5

Magisk utsikt!!!

  • 5/5

lovely and quiet, £8 for the night get there before they lock the gate at 6 (earlier to be safe) you are then locked until they reopen the gate at 930am. parking with lovely sea views, right on the south west coast path.

amazing spot with sea view. bad signal an no facilities. 8 pounds for the night which was ok.

  • 5/5

The price for overnight was £8 in our motor home. No facilities but great view of Lundy and so peaceful. Make sure you are there before the gates shut and have everything you need for the night, one night it was 4pm, the following was 5 (well before dusk!) and you are locked in for the night. Gates were opened again at 10am. Enjoy!

  • 5/5

Great location for stunning views out to Lundy and coast path walks. Car park was quite full as used for long term parking for people travelling by helicopter to Lundy. No other overnight vans/motorhomes on our stayover. Quiet night. Car park not quite flat so levelling chocks needed. Car park was closed off by owners from 4pm to 10am .. times may change on time of year?

Tried to park here 12/11/22 but didn’t look to be open. The gate was locked. No sign on the kiosk to say closed for winter though and no phone number to check. Would be a nice spot when it is open though.

Absolutely marvelous place to stay. We saw a double rainbow as we arrived! All by ourselves the whole evening and night. Worth the 8 pounds! Good 4 G. Nice walk to the viewpoint of the lighthouse. Even of there s lot of wind you can find shelter.

  • 5/5

Beautiful place to stay, and very quiet. It closes at night, so you have to get there before 6!

Preis:£8

Great spot. Quiet night. Beautiful sunset and sunrise. Worth the £8 to stay. The lady on the gate was lovely.

  • 5/5

£3 to park, extra £5 to stay overnight. gates locked 6pm until 10am which gives a lovely sense of security. fantastic views. no mobile signal or facilities. would stay again.

Lovely quiet tranquil place, lovely couple who man the gate to enter,no ehu or water but cafe that opens for a few hours a day, about 6/7 mile off the main road lanes narrow but easily drive with care and attention to what vehicles may be coming the other way…will definitely return

  • 5/5

  • 1/5

Arrived in the advised times and personally advised by the farmer ( gathered to be the owner ) as he advised us this site is closed until April 22. The approaching lanes are very narrow with suffices passing places.difficult to score this as it’s not open.

  • 4/5

Really nice place. Three vans in total the night we were there. Lady at gate very nice. Walks along the coastal path we even spotted some seals on the rocks near the light house (being repaired).

  • 5/5

What a hidden gem. A small cafe but no other facilities but just as well. What a view to wake up to

  • 5/5

One of the best places we've stayed, well worth the detour! Had the place to ourselves with beautiful views and the couple on the gate were lovely.

  • 5/5

Beautiful little spot. As per the reviews, gate shuts around 6 sometimes earlier in the winter. But if you manage to get there in time, you have the absolute best view with lovely walks around you! If you head down past the lighthouse, approx 20 mins (second dip in the cliffs) you’ll come across the most beautiful waterfall! Such a lucky find for us! £7 for the night. Lovely couple who own.

  • 1/5

Unfortunately the gate is shut from 6pm-9:45am. We got there at 5:50pm and no one here so had to find somewhere else

  • 5/5

Stunning views, vary quiet at night we were the only van there overnight on a Friday in june lot's of cars and walkers in the daytime. hut serves tea, ices ect. but closed about 4pm. Very friendly farmer who locks you in overnight. No water, toilets, or bins, so you need to bring and take everything with you . We will definitely be back.

  • 5/5

Wow what a site, heaps of places to park, beautiful views and we found a waterfall with sea views to skinny dip in just west along the coastal path. Couldn't ask for more, just make sure to arrive before 6pm

  • 5/5

Still £7 per night, lovely old couple on the gate, who I'd guess are the farmers that own the site. you get locked in at 6pm until 9:30pm no facilities, although there is a cafe on site. fantastic views of Lundy & you can just make our Wales. the night sky is amazing. nice level car park, right on the coast, space for 30-40 campervans, we shared the site with one other on a crazy Bank Holoday

  • 1/5

Parking was closed when I arrived late around 21.40

  • 5/5

Lovely private parking area, overlooking the sea, lovely lady on the gate will allow you to stay overnight for £7... no facilities... peaceful and beautiful. Keep it clean please.

  • 5/5

Beautiful remote spot, but very narrow access roads to get to, probably not for coach-builts if you value your paintwork! No facilities, but the cafe is open in the main Summer season (maybe not in 2020). * May not be open at all during 2020 due to Coronavirus *
