En pleine nature, au bord d'un bras de mer (on croirai un lac). Emplacement pour deux, à plat sur port miniature, seulement une barque, quelques maisons autour et plein de mur de pierre partout, un lieu magique, très calme, aucun service, accès petite route goudronnée mais une seule voie.

Im Herzen der Natur, am Rande eines Meeresarms (wir glauben ein See). Lage für zwei, Wohnung am Miniaturhafen, nur ein Boot. Ein paar Häuser herum und überall voller Steinmauern. ein magischer Ort, sehr ruhig .... keine Dienstleistungen.
En plena naturaleza, frente a un entrante de mar. Hay sitio para 2-3 furgonetas/autocaravanas, dependiendo del tamaño, suelo llano. Fantásticas vistas y absolutamente tranquilo, solo rodeado por algunas casas.

Brilliant spot with great views over the water. There’s a flat area to park up off the road, no facilities but very good signal. The road is used quite a bit but we were undisturbed. Even if you don’t stay the night, it’s a great spot to have lunch or do work with the good signal.
Ci siamo arrivati la sera del 13 settembre 2023, al buio, e ci abbiamo passato una notte. Al nostro risveglio siamo rimasti incantati. È un posto magico. Il cielo in specchi d'acqua, fra eriche, ginestre, muretti a secco. Lo spiazzo è piano e piccolo (al massimo due furgoni), a ridosso di un piccolo porticciolo con una sola barchetta.
Une vue très paisible sur le très petit port (2/3 van). C'est vraiment magnifique et très calme malgré du vent frais et une petite pluie matinale. Je recommande ce spot avant de démarrer la boucle de la région du Connemara et après avoir fait les îles d'Aran.
Vue magnifique, un petit havre paisible sur le bord d'une route extrêment peu fréquenté (mi juillet il n'a du passer que 5 véhicules pendant que nous etions sur place). Ideal pour camping car (il y a une ferme sur les hauteurs). Il y a la place pour 2 vehicules facilement.
Absolutey beautiful spot with stunning views. I was the only vehicle (motorhome) there on arrival but then 2 more vans pulled up so sadly I decided not to stay the night as I felt it was an abuse of the location having 3 vehicles jammed onto such a small and beautiful area. I didn't feel overlooked as the windows of the property above were no longer visible once on the parking location.

The is a lovely place to camp. The view of the water, the shore line with the mountains behind is wonderful. Yes, the spot is over looked by a house, yes you can see houses and a road in the distance. So if “wild” camping is more important than a quiet spot with lovely views then this is not the place for you. I thought it was one of the best places we’ve stopped overnight in the last two weeks.
What a lovely quiet spot to spend an evening. Lovely views over the water. We didn’t feel we were in the direct view of any homes as a previous comment had said as the spot is quite away from houses. A couple of fisherman parked on the pier and fished off the rocks. Recommend.

Beautiful spot. No facilities. We give 2 stars as it is overlooked. There's a farmhouse just behind you and houses over the bridge. It didn't feel 'wild' to us. We wouldn't stay again because it's too close to people's homes. Also I disagree with the comment that you could park 2/3 vans here. I would say just 1 van is enough. More than that (I feel) would look bad for us campers, but you decide.

Such an incredible place to stay. Stunning 360 views with the 12 Ben's as a backdrop. Flat pitch however beware water is tidal but not an issue for us. Sadly rubbish is being left behind so come on folks!!

Identique au 1er commentaire à l'exception de la barque. Il y en a 2 :) calme, point de vue magnifique, on y a passé 2 nuits sans problème.
Malgré la pluie, nous avons passé une nuit très tranquille sur ce petit spot. Attention à ne pas tomber dans le port quand la visibilité est réduite en voiture !
We are here now and it is perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Enough space for two maybe three vans at a push. Views for miles in every direction

Nous y avons été à deux camper van et c’était super. L’endroit est très calme, il n’y a aucune commodité, une maison à proximité. Le cadre est vraiment top
