In the middle of the green is this idyllic large gravel parking lot for hikers by the stream, there are also picnic benches here. A really nice place - even if it rains. This is where the great hike to the Mermaid Falls begins. UPDATE 2022: Only cars/vans allowed, banned for mobile homes.

Toller Spot zum entspannen direkt am Wasser. Der Parkplatz ist nicht überfüllt, es gibt Wasser und Bänke und 2 Lounge liegen aus Holz. übernachten ist verboten.

Super nice place by the river. No camping sign, but we stayed for two nights just fine (daily parking costs 3 eur). It,'s 10 minutes by walk to the lake. Recommend to everyone who doesn't need to stay right by the lake but wants some peace. Public toilets here and in ok condition.

Nice quiet place near the road with water stream nearby. We stayed one night without any problem. It is parking space near family houses. There were about 5-7 other cars at night there.

Very nice place by a clean cold river with source of drinkable water and picknick table and some kinds of woden sofas. it is starting point to go to 80m high waterfalls 30 min walking. many peolle come to see it around 6am. but it is still quiet place. very nice! one star down because of a sign o no camping and because of the street lightening.

Auf diesem Platz ist Camping inzwischen verboten! Außerdem enthält die Beschreibung eine grobe Fehlinformation. Das Abstellen für eine Nacht zur Wiederherstellung der Fahrtüchtigkeit ist in Deutschland erlaubt, nicht aber in Österreich. Da hat wohl jemand Deutschland und Österreich verwechselt...

We stayed here 1 night during way to Salzburgland. Everything is OK, only the signs no camping with the picture of campers worried us. There is 1 mobile toilet, which needs more service. There are other 5 campers with us.

Wunderschön gelegen und tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Standen eine Nacht ganz entspannt. Bitte nehmt alle weiterhin euren Müll mit, dann bleibt dieser Spot der Community sicher noch länger erhalten.

Definitely recommend this spot for sleeping if you are visiting the lake. The parking nearer to the lake is great for the day to swim and close to toilets but there are so many speeding trucks that it would be very unpleasant to spend the night there. This spot is lovely and quiet with tranquil sounds of the river nearby. We stayed one night with no problems.

Ich hatte eine gute Nacht hier, auf alle fälle ist hier durch Wandern und Klettersteig an den Wochenenden zeitig betrieb. Toiletten waren keine mehr da als ich hier war. Trinkwasser gibts an der Quelle. Negativ falls es jemand stört: Lautstärke Bach und Straßenlampen. Ich fands gut.

We spent 2 nights here (gets very busy at weekends if the weather good) the walks are great we even got to see the waterfall. There is a toilet, fresh water. Only 400m from the lake, you have to look for a public place for you to get on the lake. Beautiful spot.

Super coin tranquille pour y passer la nuit.. il y a de l'eau.. et pleins de balades possible
