I stayed here overnight, as mentioned there is no services but the toilets in the museum can be used to get drinking water when it is open. I got told off for staying the night but was worth it for the peaceful night and waking up by the water. also there is lots of walking to do in the park.

Beaux emplacements pour un départ en vélo ou à pied dans le parc du Biesbosch. Les nuits n'y sont pas autorisées.

Comme Lisajhon, en néophyte du camping-car aux Pays-bas, nous avons tenté la nuit sur un parking à cet endroit et comme eux nous nous sommes fait éjecté très violemment par une personne civile, cris, menaces d'amende, prise de photo de la plaque et poursuite après notre départ, à éviter totalement. Dans cette région des groupes de vigiles citoyens contrôlent les comportements.

We stayed here for just one night. The location is great but at 11pm someone came to tel us we were not allowed to stay here but at a camp site wich is 3km away. She gave us until sunrise to leave and told us the police would come to check the site.

Was very calmed and quiet space just near the museum.

Endroit très calme, peu de monde même au mois d'août.
