Turn left immediately after castle and first left again to find this location coming from causeway. Cul-de-sac on the side of the river, no prohibition or restriction signage. Several motorhomes and vans parked usually as well as cars benefiting from the free on-street parking. View of the castle and the river, quiet and close to the city center. Be aware that long motorhomes May struggle to turn around as the space is a bit limited.

This is a very tight but busy road leading to a business park.Parking is on one side only (due to being narrow) - right up against a wall with the Holyhead to Euston railway line opposite. It always attracts wild campers - mainly because there's no other choice! On view to the public and at a junction to the main road to the Conwy Valley and the local school - residential side of Conwy town.

Spent Friday & Saturday night here with no issues whatsoever. Friday was quite when we arrived but then busy in the morning with vans. Saturday night was really busy, even arguments between van drivers over spaces, it seems like very one wants a sea view room..... easily fit 20/25 vans no issue along the road, if you want a sea view, arrive early. The Liverpool Arms is only a 5 minute walk to the harbour and if needed, a spar shop up the hill behind the pub or there are takeaways for a quick snack....Enjoy ! Forgot to mention the rats, seen 3 in the 2 nights we stayed but you are near water.

Fab spot to overnight. Fish and chip supper bought in the street next to the lane we're in. Several CVs and 1 x small MH. The occasional train passing at the foot of the castle didn't ruin the evening, in fact they prob added to the ombiance. Walzing Matilda xx

Stayed last night. As others have mentioned tight to turn around but we managed and our camper is 7 metres long (best to turn around when you arrive). Nice quiet night and lovely views.

Stayed there last night very quiet tucked out the way . Few motor homes and campers parked up room for another ten easy. Tight to get turned round you would struggle in a big moho. No signs it’s free ideal no amenities so have to make do with self contained small walk into town and pubs

Excellent location next to the river behind castle we only just managed to turn round at end of road (7.5m) only possible as very few vehicles af the time quiet undisturbed night

A very central place to park and seems ok to stay overnight. I’d recommend picking up a bit of rubbish to help appease the locals, as this is site is too good to lose. It is a dead end street but has a lot of traffic so park tight to the curb.

Excellent directions. Spent one night here. loads of campers, but still room. Good for walking into town. Very good and clean toilets at the castle.

Great spot, quiet, don't park too near the dead end turning point as larger vehicles, fishermen tend to cause a bit of noise turning and parking their vans. otherwise excellent for Conwy.

Excellent and handy to walk into Conwy for some dinner and a browse around. Tell the shop keepers where you’ve parked when spending too.

Great spot! Level ground. Quiet, except a few fishermen and dog walkers. Awesome view to wake up to. Toilets in the town 5 mins walk away. Pubs and coffee shop also in town.

Beautiful spot! Stunning views! We arrived late and stayed for a peaceful night. We parked in front of what we thought was a disused door (built into a wall) but it turned out to be the fishermen's shed. They gave us no grief but we hindered their access by mistake! Try not to! Conwy is only accessible through seemingly impossible arch but coaches manage it so be brave! Will deffo return!

Nice place to park. We had a great view of the Castle. We stayed for one night and in the morning visited the Castle. It was quiet and there were a couple of other vans so we felt safe.

Space for 20 or so cars at the side of the road, some have a nice view over the estuary. People park here daytime to visit the town (very close and no need to pay), and a few overnight here. Quiet apart from the daytrippers!
