Pulled in but it was October Incredibly wet and windy and low visibility so we were too anxious to stay as its actually on the main roadside which wasnt clear beforehand Quiet at night in October but occasional traffic
Site spectaculaire, entouré de nature et de vaches, au point culminant du col de Palombera. Idéal pour commencer les sentiers de randonnée et en automne écouter le Deer Berry. Nous avons passé une nuit très calme avec plus de monde.
Spectacular site, surrounded by nature and cows, in the highest point of the Palombera pass. Ideal to start hiking trails and in Autumn listen to the Deer Berry. We spent a very quiet night with more people.
Spektakulärer Ort, umgeben von Natur und Kühen, am höchsten Punkt des Palombera-Passes. Ideal um Wanderwege zu starten und im Herbst der Hirschbeere zu lauschen. Wir verbrachten eine sehr ruhige Nacht mit mehr Leuten.
Sitio espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y vacas, en el punto más alto del puerto de Palombera. Ideal para iniciar rutas de senderismo y en Otoño escuchar el Ciervo Berry. Pasamos una noche muy tranquila con más gente.

TheMotoroamers21/09/2023Certainly a beautiful spot. Quite wet and boggy. Although there was no signal; phone or Internet, both of which matter for contact with family and our work. So we had to move on sadly.
Suebidu16/08/2022Beautiful scenery with only nature as your neighbor. Large flat free parking with many options for hiking in the mountains and stargazing in the night. Cows and horses will roam freely in the mountains during summer, they will not bother you if you don't bother them. Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but pictures!

edgaredgar22/10/2018Vraiment top. 1200m d'altitude. Vaches, chevaux, ânes en liberté donc attention sur la route! Pas beaucoup de passage. J'étais tout seul sur le "parking" (un carré d'herbe en fait) quand j'y ai dormi. Les cloches des vaches étaient la seule nuisance sonore! Parfait si, comme moi, vous transitez entre Bilbao et Gijon sans passer par l'autoroute; et que vous voulez passer la nuit à mi-chemin

Cadre idéal en surplomb des vallées de chaque côté. Beaucoup d’animaux : vaches, chevaux, veaux. Attention sur la route qui est prise d’assaut par les animaux. Étions seuls cette nuit de début août. Un peu de passage de voiture le matin mais très calme pendant la nuit.

Muy buen sitio para empezar desde aquí actividades como Senderismo o ciclismo.
