Propriétaire de l'hôtel très sympa. Bel endroit très calme pour passer la nuit. Nous avons été autorisés à utiliser les sanitaires de l'hôtel. Était ouvert toute la nuit. Le tout est gratuit. Paysage fantastique tout autour.
Very nice hotel owner. Nice, very quiet place to stay overnight. We were allowed to use the sanitary facilities in the hotel. Was open all night. The whole thing is free. Fantastic landscape all around.

Fantastic place in winter for visiting the forest! The hotel was closed but there was a member of staff checking around it, we asked if we could stay and she told us: yes, there is not problem! She did not ask us to pay, so we were lucky! We get in love with all caves and waterfalls.
Wir haben hier nicht gestanden. Die Straße ist aber zur Zeit westlich des Hotels überflutet. Anreise daher nur aus östlicher Richtung möglich. Die etwas höhere nördliche Straße des Naturreservats ist frei.
L'endroit est sympa, pas de service. La route pour y accéder n'est pas asphaltee mais praticable. Un bon accueil. Il y a deux belles rando depuis le parking.
Très bon accueil, la patronne à même offert une glace à notre fils. Nous avons payé 15€ pour la nuit, ils ont du bon vin et malgré quelques va et viens dans la nuit elle fût très calme.

Sitio estupendo para dejar la camper "vigilada" con previpagago para hacer una fantástica ruta por cuevas naturales sin apenas turismo. Pagamos 15€ / 24h camper Desayuno 2 personas 18€ volvemos a comer 2 personas 73€ ( muy normalito y caro ) después pedimos agua para camper (50 litros) y nos piden 10€ (no pusimos) en definitiva un gran lugar venido a menos intentando sacarte hasta el último €
Wir sind wegen den guten Bewertungen hingefahren, aber es war ein Reinfall. Für alles war nur eine Frau da. Wir haben 20 Min. am Empfang und über eine stunde auf Essen gewartet, was teuer und nicht gerade toll war. Parkplatz 15€/Nacht. Hätten wir uns die Rezensionen bei google durchgelesen, konnten wir uns es sparen. Die Gegend ist allerdings schön. Wer also nur übernachten will, kann man machen.
sitio tranquilo en medio del bosque, a pesar de que el hotel estaba cerrado la dueña nos dejó entrar y tomar una cerveza, dormimos allí y nadie nos pidió dinero por aparcar por lo que pensamos que era gratis
Übernachtung auf dem Hotelparkplatz kostet jetzt 15€ inkl. Nutzung der Toiletten. Da wir abends im Hotelrestaurant gegessen haben, war die Übernachtung kostenlos. Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mitten im Wald ( Zufahrt über Schotterstraße), vom Hotel aus gibt es mehrere sehr schöne Wanderwege
Wir standen im April dort für eine Nacht. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel hatte noch geschlossen und dort war niemand zu erreichen. Aber die Toiletten waren auch geschlossen. In der einen Ecke lag sehr viel Müll. Am nächsten Morgen kamen zwei Busse mit Schulklassen, die aber direkt weiter gezogen sind.
We came late and left early the next day. Nice quiet location in the middle of forest. We heard foxes barking and birds singing. Hotel appeared as it was closed so noone came to collect the payment.

We arrived at 9pm, the hotel reception was closed by then (it closed at 8pm according to a sign on the door) and the building too. It looked pretty empty… we stayed a peaceful night in the car park outside and moved around 9am. This little national park is great for a morning stroll! There are some nice sights like Tklace Jama and the Great Natural Bridge.
Wir durften ebenfalls nicht auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels stehenbleiben. An der Rezeption hat man uns auf den kleinen Parkplatz gegenüber verwiesen. Dort ist es recht eben mit schönem Blick in den Wald. Vögelgezwitscher und Rauschen des Wassers inklusive. Toller Platz für ein oder zwei Nächte, wenn man die Skocjan Höhle anschauen oder einfach nur Ruhe möchte. Tagsüber etwas Verkehr durch Besucher.
Non ci è stato concesso di fermarci all'interno del parcheggio del ristorante, la barista ci ha suggerito di campeggiare con il nostro van giusto di fronte l'ingresso. Abbiamo passato comunque una notte tranquilla immersi nella natura, buon posto.

Owner was very friendly and let us into the bar for a drink even though they were not open. For rest of season only open for the weekends. But sure parking for the night is fine any time. Thank you!
Perfect place to discover the beautiful nature around. Bring some time to do one of the hikes in the area. We stayed for two nights without any problems. The hotel staff is really friendly and doesn't charge anything, however a small donation is probably a good idea for this great camp spot.
Sehr netter Hotelbesitzer. Die Nacht war sehr sehr ruhig. toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern leider habe ich die Toilette, von der hier die Rede ist nicht gefunden. Es scheint so, als wäre das Toilettenhäuschen nicht mehr in Betrieb.
Great flat free parking. Extremely quiet at night in October. Asked the staff if we could stay and it was no problem! Outside WC block was open all night and morning. Lots of walks nearby
Ideal para pasar la noche. Pedimos permiso a la chica del bar del hotel para dormir con la AC y nos dijo que no había ningún problema. Muy recomendable ya que no es fácil encontrar sitio gratis para pasar la noche en Eslovenia sin q te arriesgues a una multa.

Nice place near the hotel. We ask frilendly personal if is possible to stay for night - no problem. Good place for going at both sides of park Rakov Skocjan.
We enjoyed it here. Beautiful surroundings, nice easy hiking. We asked if we could stay, not a problem! Lovely hotel with big garden where we could join breakfast for 5 euro. Free clean toilet to use, also at night. Quiet road in the evening/night.
