Magnifique place de parking sans restriction surplombant l'eau et un petit port de plaisance et le port. Endroit très calme

Stunning parking spot with no restrictions overlooking the water and a little marina and harbour. Very quiet spot. Careful when driving down to the area as there is a large speed bump.

Wunderbarer uneingeschränkter Parkplatz mit Blick auf das Wasser und einen kleinen Jachthafen und Hafen. Sehr ruhiger Ort

Main car park blocked off with huge stone road blocks. All very scruffy and untidy. Drove down, backed out, and scarpered. Waste of diesel!

Great spot stayed early November, locals aren't too loud; I slept soundly, toilets do seem to be closed

Great spot. Quiet night in late September before the ferry. Used small car park just above the spot marked to sleep.

perfect for a quick getaway or stop over. surprised nobody commented on the lido that is open from May to September and is totally free. I agree about it being noisy till late but hey it's free and safe and has all you need. free, no restrictions, toilet, cafe, lush view, park for kids , free pool and warm shower for after!

Nous avons passé une nuit après être arrivé en ferry. il y avait effet des pêcheurs mais à 22h tout le monde était parti. Nuit très calme. Jeux et toilettes juste à côté.

We stayed here on a Saturday night, free parking and nice views. However, very busy! Noisy until around 11pm with people fishing, boy racers and lots of chatting. This started again around 7am Sunday morning. Maybe it’s the wrong time of year!

Stayed overnight here the day before our ferry, nice and quiet in the evening, a few dog walkers in the morning but not too loud, there are also free public toilets and a small cafe along the front too

Absolutely fantastic views, especially down at the lower carpark where you are right on the harbour wall. The housing area that you have to drive through could seem a bit daunting, but worth it. Probably very busy in high season, but in March, not many people about at all. Toilets don't seem to open at all at the moment.

great inner city park up with no restrictions and great views . Toilets open daily and lovly walk along sea front but can get very bizzy in summer months .car park has roughly 25 spots and lower parking area has about 10 but here would be loud evening and morning in summer as boatmen.fishermen and boy racers .

Woken early by fisherman(5am), though small price to pay for one of the best views in plymouth.Watched fireworks and navy ship go by. Recommend levelling ramp as most spots slope. ok for small motorhomes.

Before you go over the big bump as mentioned in other posts, there is a car park on the right with no restrictions. not as good a view, but a great, quiet spot to sleep. lots of space. toilets were closed when I was there, possibly out of season or wrong times! they're a 2min walk away though

This is a historic spot called Mutton Cove in Devonport. Statue of King William IV and views across to old Raleigh Naval Base. Lovely outlook, lots of boat activity. River police at night but didn’t ask us to move. We spent a quiet night. Woken by seagulls and local boatmen.

A lovely spot. Well used by locals out for a stroll along the waters edge. There’s a small playground nearby and a little refreshment kiosk. We didn’t stay the night but definitely will next time.
