Amazing spot right next to the sea. Awesome views, ships passing from and to the Rotterdam port. One of the only really free (as in open) spots in the Netherlands!

Super mooi uitzicht, hier 1 nacht geslapen op een dinsdag nacht. Prima. Als je een goed geïsoleerde camper hebt, hoor je verder ook de windmolens niet. We zijn niet weg gestuurd snachts. Lekker wakker worden aan zee!

Schön um Schiffe zu gucken, mehr aber auch nicht. Um 1.30 kam die Polizei und klopfte mit der Taschenlampe gegen unser Fahrzeug (Lackschaden wie sich später rausstellte). Der Beamte drohte, wenn wir in 5 Minuten nicht dort sind gibt es ein Ticket. Zum schlafen lieber was anderes suchen.

Really nice place to spend the night, which is officially not allowed. In late December very quiet (but some noise from windmills and big ships).

Ein sehr schöner Platz sehr gross ein Paar Schiff Liebhaber die aber keinen stören die Windräder sind laut aber für uns kein Problem Im Sommer ist eine Beatch Bar offen mit einem WC für 50 Cent Müll haben wir wenig gesehen

Hotspot, für Liebhaber von Schiffen und etwas Abenteuer, ein guter Platz, mehrere Übernachtungen ohne Probleme mit gutem Schlaf. Die Windanlagen als auch die Schiffe stören mit ihren Geräuschen nicht, im Gegenteil.

Topp Aussicht! Leider kein Übernachten erlaubt. Polizei dreht regelmäßig ihre Runden und weist einen freundlich auf ' no camping' hin. ;)

Geweldige locatie om op de dag te verblijven met groots uitzicht op vertrekkende en binnenkomende schepen, top. Geen voorzieningen. Maar de nacht doorbrengen zouden wij Niet doen. Te afgelegen.

Amazing spot. White noise from the turbines and ships but not too much. However we were woken at midnight by police and told to move on as camping overnight is not allowed in the port of Rotterdam. We are a discreet stealth van camper van, but it didn’t matter.

Another night here: the spot is magnificent but the noise pollution is extreme. The constant deep rumbling and droning noises (giant ships, industry, windmills, dredging, lorries) disturbed my sleep quite a bit. Maybe earplugs would help.

Really wary stopping here. Arrived around 8pm and was silent. Road up to it quiet too. Drove along the wind turbines and found a big fence with security notices on. Is this safe to stay? I bedded down and had a great night sleep, no worries at all hidden behind a turbine!

Y avons dormi une nuit, lieu vraiment impressionnant de par la beauté du lieu : vue sur les bateaux qui passent, la mer du nord. Avons dormi au pied d'une éolienne, tranquille, gratuit (pas de service, mais nous n'en attendions pas à ce tarif. Veuillez respecter ce lieu afin de le garder) Pour les amateurs de la nature, la dune et le vent nous a protéger des odeurs nauséabondes de la zone industrielle

Hard to find somewhere closer to the sea. Plenty of space. Away from road. Sunrises. Sunsets. Loads of ships ferry's and boats to watch. OK wind turbine makes a '' white noise'' but I use earplugs so didn't really hear and how often do you get opportunity to be so close to one

Super endroit !! Quelques personnes en plein mois d'août mais pour plus de tranquillité vous pouvez passer le grillage (il était ouvert). Attention quelques endroits assez sales ce qui gâche vite la vue

Gratis Parkspot zwischen Windkraftanlagen. Super Aussicht. Tagsüber gut besucht. Nachts ruhig, aber auch sehr laut, wegen der Containerschiffe und Windkraftanlagen. Viel Müll. Gestank und schlechte Luft durch sehr Nahe gelegendes Industriegebiet und Raffinerien. Busse und Lkw parken ausgeschlossen

Netter Platz zum Schiffegucken. Tagsüber gibt es viele „Touries“, nachts ist man fast allein. Weiter hinten (nach dem Zaun) hat man noch mehr Ruhe.

The windmills, ships and nearby container terminals make a lot of noise throughout the night. Hardly any visitors after 20:00. The morning is great, seeing the sun go up over the constant stream of large and small ships.
