Assez attrayant sur une route nationale calme à Kewstoke, des murs dans les bois à côté et des pubs à quelques pas du village.

Parc à vélos en forêt, idéal pour se promener.

Fairly attractive on a quiet trunk road in Kewstoke, walls in the woods next door and pubs a short walk into the village.

Bike park in the forest, good for walking.

we pulled up last night about 8.30 and there was one other camper was nice spot for about two hours unit the locals arrived with loud music and smoking the high stuff we put up with it unit 11.30 hoping they will move on. but in the end we did just down the road little pull in by the footpath/wall.

Nice spot not that level but enough space for 2 motor homes and 3 smaller vans

  • 5/5

Great find, free and off the road with trees to add a barrier between layby and traffic. Somewhat uneven but we managed to find a nice flat spot.

Nice free spot to park for the night. Was quiet so slept well. Had a lovely walk in the woods in the morning. Large bike jumps if you’re into downhill biking.

Stayed in Sept 2021 in a smaller lay-by just up the road. Busy road in the day with traffic and buses going to Weston-Super-Mare. Became quiet about 12am, but, as someone else found, some cars using their horns when going past us at night. OK, if stuck for somewhere to stay. A forest at the back, with paths for walking.

I liked this spot, nice views, but probably only one flat area, rest is sloping - remember to put your handbrake on (I didn’t)

Nice place, but it seems the locals don't like people staying here, several times through the night cars went past blaring their horns. The Commodore pub is OK, food looked very good. Sand bay is nice.

Good night's sleep but road a little busy, nothing to downgrade about. Will probably use again.

Good free spot with access to the beach. Road surprisingly busy on a Saturday night, but had a great sleep.

Layby off the road just by sand bay beach with access down steep hill. Dog walkers about & a bit unlevel but a nice spot. Had a BBQ & lovely woods area with a tree swing for the kids!

Lovely spot. Noisy couples around late but otherwise very quiet and beautiful area. Lots of potholes and mostly uneven We were lucky to get decent spot.

  • 3/5

On arrival we had to wait a while for a couple sat in their microcar to leave, so we could park up on the only flatish spot. Road is surprisingly noisy morning and late evening. Otherwise OK and not disturbed by people.

  • 3/5

Nice views but the road is pretty busy late at night early morning.

Lovely with sea opposite, just got bothered by people early hours in car. First night in laybay on our own... Seemed to be popular with couples...
